الملخص

الملخص: تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في بعدين، أولهما: ما تعانيه المدن العربية من تناقص مساحات الفضاءات الخضراء والمفتوحة بسبب التوسع العمراني السريع، وسوء توزيعها واستغلالها. ويتمثل البعد الثاني في مدى تأثير جائحة كورونا في إعادة التفكير حول تخطيط هذه الفضاءات بالمستقبل. ومن أهداف الورقة، صوغ خطاب لتصورات تخطيطية لتهيئة الفضاءات المفتوحة والخضراء في المدن، لحقبة ما بعد جائحة كوفيد-19. وقد تطلب موضوع الدراسة منهجاً وصفياً استقرائيا، وبمنهجية تبدأ بالمقدمة المنهجية، والإطار النظري، والإطار الخاص بالرؤية المستقبلية، ثم النتائج والتوصيات. Abstract: The problem of the study is represented in two dimensions: what Arab cities suffer from the diminution of green and open spaces, and their poor distribution and exploitation on the one hand. And the extent of the impact of the Corona pandemic on rethinking the planning of these spaces in the future from the other side. Among the goals of the paper is to formulate a discourse of planning scenarios to prepare open and green spaces in cities for the post-COVID-19 pandemic. The subject of the study required an inductive descriptive approach, and a methodology that begins with a methodological introduction, theoretical discourse, and discussion of the future vision, then results and recommendations
