القطاع الصناعي في الجزائر كآلية للتنويع الاقتصادي

الملخص
تسعى الدراسة لمحاولة التعرف على أداء القطاع الصناعي كبديل تنموي للاقتصاد الجزائري في ظل سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي،ويعتبر القطاع الصناعي من أولويات الحكومة الجزائرية وباعتباره بديل استراتيجي للقطاع الريعي . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذا القطاع مر بإصلاحات كثيرة ركزت على إنعاشه وتفعيله لكن بالرغم من جهود الحكومة، إلا أنه لم يرتقي للمستوى المطلوب، وتوصي الدراسة بالبحث على حلول جذرية عن طريق استثمارات صناعية لترقية المناولة الصناعية وإعادة انعاش الاقتصاد الوطني . Abstract: The study seeks to try to identify the performance of the industrial sector as a developmental alternative to the Algerian economy in light of the economic diversification policy. The industrial sector is considered one of the Algerian government's priorities and as a strategic alternative to the rentier sector. The study found that this sector has gone through many reforms that focused on reviving it and activating it, but despite the government's efforts, it did not rise to the required level, and the study recommends research on radical solutions through industrial investments to upgrade industrial handling and revive the national economy.
