The Impact Of Leadership Styles In Achieving Strategic Agility - A Case Study Of El Biskria Cement Company -

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the reality of the prevailing Pattern (democratic, autocratic and permissive) in El Biskria Cement company, and it‘s effects on strategic agility, and in order to fulfill the objectives of this study, we‘ve used questionnaires that are distributed directly to the workers of this company (understudy), the study was conducted by the use of the program (SPSS v21). The results of this study show that is a statistically significant relationship between the independent variable (the leading patterns) and the dependent variable which is the strategic agility.
