انتشار الفقر في العالم في ظل فروق التنمية Poverty Spread In The World Under Development Difference

الملخص
ملخص: حاولت هذه الدراسة استكشاف واقع ظاهرة الفقر في العالم مع التركيز على فروقات التنمية الموجودة بين الدول المتقدمة والمتخلفة والموجودة بين الأقاليم والنواحي، وأثرها على مؤشرات الرفاهية في المجتمع التي تعكس مستويات الفقر الفعلية وتكشف عن الخارطة الحقيقية لتوزيع الفقر في العالم، ولتحقيق ذلك حاولنا تحليل ظاهرة الفقر في العالم في ضوء مؤشرات التنمية البشرية ومؤشري الدخل والاستهلاك مع الإشارة الى علاقة ذلك بمفهوم التنمية، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة الى نتيجة مفادها ان تحليل ظاهرة الفقر في العالم عموما وفي البلدان خصوصا لا بد ان يأخذ فروق التنمية بعين الاعتبار كونها تعكس الأسباب الحقيقية لهذه الظاهرة وتكشف واقعها الفعلي والنتائج المترتبة عنها. الكلمات المفتاحية: فقر، تنمية، نمو، عالم متقدم، عالم متخلف. تصنيف JEL : O11, O15, O38. Abstract: This study tried to explore the reality of poverty in the world with a focus on the development differences that exist between developed and underdeveloped countries and between regions, and its impact on welfare indicators that reflect the real poverty levels and reveal the real map of the distribution of poverty in the world. To achieve this, we have tried to analyze the phenomenon of poverty in the world in the light of human development indicators and income and consumption index with reference to the relationship with the concepts of development and growth. The study concluded that the analysis of the phenomenon of poverty in the world in general and in countries in particular must take into account the differences in development because they reflect the real causes of this phenomenon and reveal its actual impact and consequences.
