ملخص: تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية إشكالية الموائمة بين متطلبات الأمن الصحي والحفاظ على التنمية في ظل سياسات مواجهة جائحة كورونا، من خلال الإشكالية التالية: إلى أي مدى نجحت سياسات وتدابير مواجهة جائحة كورونا في الجرائر في تحقيق التوازن والمواءمة المطلوبة بين مقتضيات الأمن الصحي ورهان الحفاظ على التنمية؟، وقد توصلت الورقة البحثية إلى أن الخيار الأنسب في التعامل مع جائحة كورونا في الجزائر هو ذلك الخيار الذي يحفظ الأمن الصحي ولكن دونما الإضرار بالوضع الاقتصادي والتنموي للبلاد، وهذا لن يتأتى إلا بتحقيق المواءمة المطلوبة بين الأمن الصحي والحفاظ على التنمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأمن الصحي، جائحة كورونا، التنمية، الأوبئة، الجزائر. Abstract: This research paper addresses the problem of reconciling the requirements of health security and maintaining development in light of the policies to confront the Corona pandemic, through the following problem: To what extent have the policies and measures to confront the Corona pandemic succeed in achieving the required balance between the requirements of health security and the bet to preserve development? The research paper concluded that the most appropriate option in dealing with the Corona pandemic in Algeria is the option that preserves health security, but without harming the economic and developmental situation of the country, and this will only come about achieving the required reconciliation between health security and the preservation of development key words: health security, corona pandemic, development, epidemics, Algeria.
