تحليل الفقر المتعدد الأبعاد في الدول العربية

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تطبيق المنهجية المتبعة في قياس الفقر وفق منظور الفقر متعدد الأبعاد على عينة من الدول العربية ومقارنتها بالمسوحات التقليدية التي سبق اعتمادها في قياس الفقر في هذه الدول وفق منهج الدخل النقدي، مع تقديم تحليل لأوضاع الفقر بأبعاده المختلفة وتوضيح أسبابه. تقدم هذه الورقة بعض المقترحات العملية لإدراجها في سياسات مكافحة الفقر بجميع أبعاده في الدول العربية. بحسب التحليل المقدم في هذه الدراسة، من الواضح أن الدول العربية تواجه تحديات كبيرة في الحد من الفقر. تشير البيانات إلى أن الفقر متعدد الأبعاد أكثر انتشارًا مما يتصور ، وأن عشرات الملايين من الأسر معرضة للوقوع في براثن الفقر، على الرغم من أن الفقر المدقع منخفض نسبيًا في معظم الدول العربية ، إلا أن الفقر منتشر ولا يقتصر على الدول العربية منخفضة الدخل. تتطلب هذه التحديات إيلاء اهتمام خاص للتوصيات المدرجة في هذا البحث. This research aims to apply the methodology used to measure poverty according to the multi-dimensional poverty perspective on a sample of Arab countries and compare it with the traditional surveys that were previously adopted in measuring poverty in these countries according to the monetary income approach, to provide a technical analysis of the conditions of poverty in its various dimensions while clarifying its causes. This paper puts some practical suggestions for inclusion in anti-poverty policies in all its dimensions in the Arab countries. According to the analysis presented in this study, it is clear that Arab countries face significant challenges in reducing poverty. Data indicate that multidimensional poverty is more prevalent than imagined, and tens of millions of families are vulnerable to falling into poverty, although extreme poverty is low Relatively in most Arab countries, however, poverty is widespread and not limited to low-income Arab countries.These challenges require that special attention be paid to the recommendations listed in this research.
