أضواء على التعليم ومناهجه في بايلك الشرق خلال العهد العثماني

الملخص
عرفت ايالة الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني تطورات مختلفة وخاصة على الصعيد السياسي إلا ان الملاحظ لشأن الثقافي عامة والتعليمي خاصة لم يجد عناية معتبرة من حكام الإيالة ،نظرا للوضع العام الذي تشهده الجزائر حيث التمردات والأزمات السياسية في الداخل والتحرشات الأوربية من الخارج ناهيك عن الاوضاع الاقتصادية التي أصابها التراجع والتقهقر خاصة أواخر عهد الدايات وانحصار النشاط البحري كان له أثر كبير على الميزانية العامة للإيالة وانحصر الإنفاق في الدفاع عن الإيالة وعن الجيش وموظفي الدولة هذا ما أثر على نسبة الإنفاق على الشأن الاجتماعي والثقافي والتعليمي خاصة ،ولقد لفت هذا انتباه الرحالة الأجانب ودونوا ذلك في رحلاتهم وشهادتهم عن الوضع التعلمي في البلاد أصابه الجمود والتكرار والإجترار وحسبهم ان التعليم في البلاد اقتصر على جهود الأفراد والمؤسسات الخيرية التي تكفلت بتأسيس المدارس وإعداد التلاميذ والمدرسين ووضع البرامج During the Ottoman era, the Eyalet of Algeria experienced various developments, especially on the political level, but the observer of the cultural affairs in general and the educational one in particular did not find significant care from the rulers of the Eyalet, given the general situation in Algeria, where rebellions and political crises at home and European harassment from abroad, not to mention the economic conditions that afflicted it Retreat and retreat, especially the end of the era of midwives and decline Maritime activity had a great impact on the general budget of the province, and spending was limited to defending the province, the army, and state employees.
