جهود مصر فى نشر الإسلام واللغة العربية فى جنوب السودان ( دراسة وثائقية للفترة من 1936-1956)

الملخص: منذ أن فتحت الادارة المصرية مناطق جنوب السودان وضمتها لما عرف بالمديرية الاستوائية فى الفترة من 1869 حتى سنة 1889 أخذت على عاتقها مهمة نشر الاسلام واللغة العربية فى تلك المناطق. غير أن انسحاب مصر من السودان سنة 1885 ثم عودتها عبر الحكم الثنائى للسودان سنة 1899، راحت بريطانيا تفرض حظرا على مصر فى منطقة جنوب السودان، فيما عرف فيما بعد بسياسة المناطق المغلقة. غير أن عقد معاهدة 1936 بين مصر وبريطانيا، وعودة مصر للسودان بعد خروج الجيش المصرى منه سنة 1924، جعلها تيمم وجهها نحو مواجهة السياسة البريطانية فى جنوب السودان. فراحت تحاصر اعمال التبشير والتنصير هناك، وراح دعاتها ينشرون الاسلام واللغة العربية فى تلك المناطق. فبنت الكتاتيب والخلاوى وأقامت المساجد، وأرسلت الدعاة والمشايخ والوعاظ فى كافة انحاء الجنوب، ووقفت بالمرصاد للسياسة البريطانية فى الجنوب. Since the Egyptian administration opened the regions of southern Sudan and annexed them to what was known as the Equatorial Directorate in the period from 1869 to 1889, it took upon itself the task of spreading Islam and the Arabic language in those regions. However, Egypt's withdrawal from Sudan in 1885 and then its return through the condominium rule of Sudan in 1899, Britain began to impose an embargo on Egypt in the southern Sudan region, in what was later known as the policy of closed areas. However, the conclusion of the 1936 treaty between Egypt and Britain, and Egypt's return to Sudan after the Egyptian army left it in 1924, made it turn towards confronting British policy in southern Sudan. It began besieging missionary and Christianization work there, and its preachers began to spread Islam and the Arabic language in those areas. It built schools and cells, established mosques, sent preachers, sheikhs, and preachers to all parts of the south, and stood on the lookout for British policy in the south. Depuis que l'administration égyptienne a ouvert les régions du Sud-Soudan et les a annexées à ce qu'on appelait la direction équatoriale dans la période de 1869 à 1889, elle s'est chargée de répandre l'islam et la langue arabe dans ces régions. Cependant, le retrait de l'Égypte du Soudan en 1885, puis son retour par le biais du régime de copropriété du Soudan en 1899, la Grande-Bretagne a commencé à imposer un embargo à l'Égypte dans la région du sud du Soudan, dans ce qui fut plus tard connu sous le nom de politique des zones fermées. Cependant, la conclusion du traité de 1936 entre l'Égypte et la Grande-Bretagne et le retour de l'Égypte au Soudan après que l'armée égyptienne l'a quitté en 1924 l'ont fait se tourner vers la confrontation de la politique britannique au Sud-Soudan. Il a commencé à assiéger le travail missionnaire et de christianisation là-bas, et ses prédicateurs ont commencé à répandre l'islam et la langue arabe dans ces régions. Il a construit des écoles et des cellules, établi des mosquées, envoyé des prédicateurs, des cheikhs et des prédicateurs dans toutes les régions du sud et s'est tenu à l'affût de la politique britannique dans le sud.

الموارد الاقتصادية في مملكة غانة وآثارها على العلاقات الخارجية مع بلاد المغرب الاقصى (3ه-5ه/9م-11م)

الملخص: تعتبر مملكة غانة التاريخية القديمة واحدة من أغنى الممالك في منطقة غرب إفريقيا خلال فترة القرون الوسطى، حيث اعتمدت العلاقات الخارجية لمملكة غانة مع بلاد المغرب الأقصى على العديد من العوامل بما في ذلك الموارد الاقتصادية التي ساهمت في خلق نشاط تجاري اقتصادي،الأمر الذي ساهم في بناء علاقات ثقافية وحضارية مع دول شمال إفريقيا بحكم الجوار و الخلفيات التاريخية. تأثرت العلاقات الخارجية لغانة مع بلاد المغرب الأقصى بسب الثروة الهائلة للذهب في المملكة ،فقد جذبت هذه الثروة اهتمام الدول المجاورة والتجار الأجانب، بما في ذلك بلاد المغرب الأقصى . تطورت علاقات التجارة بين غانة و بلاد المغرب الأقصى بشكل كبير حيث تم تبادل المنتجات والثروات بين البلدين، ومن أهم الموارد الاقتصادية في مملكة غانة كانت تجارة الذهب والملح. كانت غانة وتصدر كميات كبيرة من الذهب ،وكانت تعتبر مركزا هاما لتجارة الذهب في المنطقة وبفضل ثروته من الذهب تمكنت من بناء اقتصاد قوي. بالإضافة إلى التجارة ،فقد تأثرت العلاقات الخارجية بين غانة وبلاد المغرب الأقصى بقوة النفوذ السياسي للمملكة، فقد كانت تملك غانة قوة عسكرية كبيرة باعتبار أن لديها نظام حكم قوي، فقادة غانة كانوا يسعون لتوسيع نفوذهم السياسي وتقوية علاقاتهم مع الدول المجاورة،الأمر الذي طور العلاقات التجارية بين البلدين ،وزاد التبادلات التجارية للمنتجات و الثروات. ومما لا جدال فيه أن المبادلات بيم مملكة غانة وبلاد المغرب الأقصى هو الأصل في بداية نشأة أول دولة كبرى عرفها التاريخ. The ancient historical Kingdom of Ghana is considered one of the richest kingdoms in the West African region during the medieval period, where the foreign relations of the Kingdom of Ghana with the Far Maghreb depended on many factors, including economic resources that contributed to the creation of economic commercial activity, which contributed to building cultural and civilizational relations with North African countries by virtue of their neighborhood and historical backgrounds. Ghana's foreign relations with the Far Maghreb have been affected by the Kingdom's vast gold wealth, which has attracted the attention of neighboring countries and foreign traders, including the Far Maghreb. . Trade relations between Ghana and the Far Maghreb developed significantly, as products and wealth were exchanged between the two countries, and one of the most important economic resources in the Kingdom of Ghana was the gold and salt trade. Ghana was an exporter of large quantities of gold, and was considered an important center for gold trade in the region and thanks to its wealth of gold was able to build a strong economy. In addition to trade, foreign relations between Ghana and the Far Maghreb were affected by the strength of the Kingdom's political influence, Ghana had a great military power as it had a strong system of government, Ghana's leaders were seeking to expand their political influence and strengthen their relations with neighboring countries, which developed trade relations between the two countries, and increased trade exchanges of products and wealth.. It is indisputable that exchanges between the Kingdom of Ghana and the Far Maghreb were originally at the beginning of the emergence of the first major country known to history.

الملخص: الملخص: إن مساعدة الصين لإفريقيا هي وسيلة مهمة لإقامة علاقات ودية بين الصين والدول الأفريقية. ومع استمرار تدفق مساعدات الصين لأفريقيا، يتزايد حجم التجارة البينية. تعتبر دراسة آليات المساعدات الصينية لإفريقيا لتعزيز التجارة الصينية-الأفريقية ذات أهمية كبيرة لاقتراح مقاييس أخرى لمساعدة الصين لأفريقيا. يستخدم هذا المقال التحليل الإحصائي لدراسة آليات مساعدة الصين لإفريقيا لتعزيز التجارة البينية ، وأوضاع التجارة بين الصين وأفريقيا. من خلال التحليل تبين أن هناك آليات مختلفة للتأثير الإيجابى المباشر وغير المباشر للمساعدات الصينية للدول الأفريقية على التجارة بين الصين وأفريقيا. في الوقت نفسه ، تم اكتشاف أن مساعدة الصين لأفريقيا تعاني من بعض المعوقات، كصعوبة التجارة بين بعض الدول الأفريقية والصين، البناء غير الفعال لمشاريع المساعدة ، وتقييد السياسات التفضيلية للدول المُعانة. لذلك ، لا ينبغي أن تتجاهل مساعدات الصين لأفريقيا حجم الفجوة الاقتصادية بين الدول الأفريقية؛ زيادة المساعدة فى مشاريع البنية التحتية المتعلقة بتعزيز التجارة بين الصين والدول الأفريقية، وتحسين قدرة البناء في أفريقيا. أخيراً، من الضروري جداً مساعدة البلدان الأفريقية على رفع القيود المفروضة على التجارة بشكل أساسي ، من أجل تعزيز التجارة الصينية الأفريقية.

الملخص: يتناول هذا المقال العلاقات التاريخية بين روسيا والجزائر، حيث تم تخصيصه لدراسة الدور السوفييتي في مساعدة الدولة الجزائرية المستقلة حديثا في الفترة 1962-1964، خاصة في مجال إزالة حقول الألغام والعوائق التي كان قد وضعها الاحتلال الفرنسي في الجزائر على الحدود الجزائرية التونسية والجزائرية المغربية. يتحدث المقال عن الصعوبات التي واجهها المختصون السوفييت اثناء القيام بأعمال إزالة الألغام. يرتكز المقال على الرواية الروسية حصرا من خلال اعتماده على المصادر والكتب والمقالات الصادرة باللغة الروسية. يأتي هذا المقال بشكل مقتضب نظرا لقلة ان لم نقل انعدام المصادر التي تتحدث عن هذه الحقبة للتعاون الثنائي بين الاتحاد السوفييتي والجمهورية الجزائرية الفتية. This paper deals with the historical relations between Russia and Algeria, as it was devoted to the study of the Soviet role in assisting the newly independent Algerian state in the period of 1962-1964, especially in the field of clearing minefields and obstacles that the French occupation had placed in Algeria on the Algerian-Tunisian and Algerian-Moroccan borders. The article talks about the difficulties that Soviet specialists faced while carrying out mine clearance work. The paper is based exclusively on the Russian version through its reliance on Russian-language sources, books and articles. This article comes briefly in view of the few, if not the lack of sources that speak about this era of bilateral cooperation between the USSR and the young Algerian Republic.
