الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر الشيخوخة التنظيمية في إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الجامعة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في عينة من الجامعات الجزائرية. وقصد تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمت استبانة مكونة من ثلاث محاور، تقيس متغيرات الدراسة، وقد تكونت العينة المستخدمة من 372 أستاذا، تم اختيارهم عن طريق الصدفة، وتمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام العديد من الوسائل والأدوات الاحصائية، في قياس ثبات الاستبانة، ومن ثم معالجة فرضيات الدراسة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى تطبيق الجامعات محل الدراسة لإدارة الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة كان فوق المتوسط، كما كشفت عن وجود ارتباط عكسي دال احصائيا بين الشيخوخة التنظيمية وادارة الجودة الشاملة، اضافة إلى ذلك وجدت تصنيف JEL : L15؛ D23 Abstract: The study aimed at investigating ancient historical discoveries in total quality management at the university from the perspective of faculty members in innovative national universities. It aims to achieve the objectives of the study, and uses a questionnaire consisting of three axes, measure the diversities of the study. It was used by 372 professors, who were chosen by randomly, and the data was collected using many statistical tools and instruments, to measure the stability of the questionnaire, and then the study hypotheses. The study concluded that the level of implementation of total quality management by the universities under study from the point of view of the sample was above average. It also revealed the existence of a statistically significant inverse correlation between organizational aging and total quality management. In addition, it was found that, from the viewpoint of faculty members, organizational aging negatively affects the dimensions of total quality management. . JEL Classification Codes : L15 ; D23
