الملخص
الملخص: بمرور الوقت وتغير الظروف تبين وجود هام للمسلمين خارج حدود دولة الاسلام في أغلب بقاع العالم كأقليات،و التي تخضع خاصة في حياتها الاجتماعية والقانونية الى ارادة الاكثرية غير المسلمة، ومهما تنوعت أسباب وجود الاقلية المسلمة خارج ديار الاسلام إلا انها تواجه نفس المشاكل في حياتها من اضطهاد وتمييز ، مما يستدعي ايجاد الحلول المتاحة، ولقد حاولت المنظومة الدولية الوصول الى نظام لحماية حقوق الاقليات الدينية وعلى رأسها الاقلية الاسلامية إلا ان هذا النظام اثبت عجزه الواضح في تزعزع الاستقرار العالمي الذي نشهده اليوم والمرتبط بمصطلحات رهيبة كالتطرف الديني العنف، وحتى الإرهاب، وهذا نتيجة البحث عن الحقوق خارج المنظور والقيم الاسلامية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأقلية المسلمة، مشاكل الأقليات، الحماية القانونية، حقوق الإنسان.
