الملخص

لعبت المنظمات الحقوقية الدولية دورا بارزا في الحفاظ على حقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني وعلى الرغم من كثرة هذه المنظمات إلا أن عدم احترام حقوق الإنسان وكثرة الانتهاكات لا تزال في تزايد مستمر، وقد ظهرت في الآونة الأخيرة مجموعة من المنظمات غير الحكومية وعلى رأسها منظمة مراقبة حقوق الإنسان التي حاولت فضح انتهاكات حقوق الانسان في كافة أنحاء العالم وتشكيل ضغط ضد المنتهكين وسأحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على هذه المنظمة عن طريق تبيان تأسيسها وظروف نشأتها ودورها في كفالة احترام حقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني. International human rights organizations have played a prominent role in preserving human rights and international humanitarian law. Despite the large number of these organizations, the lack of respect for human rights and the multiplicity of violations are still increasing. Recently, a group of non-governmental organizations, led by human rights watch organization, have emerged. Which has tried to expose human rights violations all over the world and form pressure against the violators. In this research paper, I will try to shed light on this organization by showing its founding, circumstances of its establishment, and its role in ensuring respect for human rights and international humanitarian law.
