الملخص
تعتبر المؤسسات الجامعية أحد الأنساق الفاعلة في المجتمع، حيث تميزت بأنها أكثر التنظيمات اهتماما بتكنولوجيا الاتصال والإعلام الحديثة، سعيا منها لعصرنة وتطوير أعمالها مما يساهم في ابراز قيمتها، وأدائها الوظيفي وتحسين صورتها لدى جماهيرها سواء على مستوى محيطها الداخلي أو الخارجي وهذا ما يجعلها تحافظ على استمرارية نشاطها العلمي والفكري، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية، إبراز دور تكنولوجيات الحديثة للإعلام والاتصال في زيادة تفعيل الأداء الوظيفي داخل المؤسسات الجامعية عموما، لاسيما جامعة محمد لمين دباغين بسطيف، ليتم بعد ذلك عرض أهم النتائج المتحصل عليها.
