الملخص
تعد مشاركة المرأة في مختلف مجالات الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية ركيزة أساسية للتنمية ويتجلى ذلك من خلال دخولها عالم الشغل الذي يعد جزء أساسيا ومكملا لقوة العمل في المجتمع، ومن الملاحظ أن تمكين المرأة في التنمية بشكلها الشامل والأعم، يساهم في تعزيز دورها المأمول والمرتقب في تطوير وتنمية المجتمع المحلي، وذلك بفضل الدعم والتأييد الذي تحصل عليه من مختلف الهيئات النسوية والمنظمات المنادية بحقوق المرأة وكذا من طرف المؤسسات الإعلامية، فتعد وسائل الإعلام أحد الأطراف الفاعلة التي تساهم في رفع مستوى التوعية وزيادة إدراك جماهيرها بأهمية تدعيم التعليم بنسبة للمرأة وكذا المساهمة في ادماج المرأة في عملية التنمية المحلية، فهي بذلك تعد أحد العناصر الفاعلة في بناء المجتمع المحلي. ومن هذا المنطلق سعينا في هاته الورقة العلمية، البحث في الدور الذي يلعبه الاعلام المحلي "الإذاعة" في مجال تمكين مشاركة المرأة وإدماجها في عملية التنمية، عبر مجموعة من المحاور إبرازا لمدى مساهمة البرامج الإعلامية في تشكيل الوعي الجمعي للمجتمع وثقافته وعاداته الإيجابية منها والسلبية. From this standpoint, we sought in this scientific paper, researching the role played by the local media \"broadcasting\" in the field of empowering women's participation and inclusion in the development process, Through a set of axes, highlighting the extent to which media programs contribute to forming the collective awareness of society, its culture, and its positive and negative customs.
