الملخص
تحرك الإنسان غايات كثيرة يسعى دوما لتحقيقها و لا سبيل لذلك دون عملية التواصل باعتبارها عملية إنسانية تفاعلية بين شخصين او مجموعتين يكون الغرض منها الوصول إلى تبادل المعلومات ،تشخيص المشاكل او تقديم الإرشادات من اجل التغيير الايجابي للسلوك العام من خلال تلك المبادلات الفكرية والمشاعر والقناعات سواء عن طريق الكلام،الكتابة ،الإيماءات ،الحركات وغيرها، ولعل بإصغائنا لبعضنا البعض نساهم في تأسيس أهم الركائز التي تبنى عليها عملية التواصل. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية الإصغاء الفعال في تحقيق الغايات الإنسانية لعملية التواصل مع مراعات اختلاف وتنوع تلك الغايات المرتبطة بأعظم ما يتمناه الفرد. Many goals motivate Human who always seeks to achieve them, and there is no way to do that without the process of communication considered as an interactive human process between two people or two groups whose purpose is to reach information exchange, diagnose problems or provide guidance for positive change of general behavior through these intellectual exchanges, feelings and convictions, whether through speech, writing, gestures, movements, etc., and perhaps by listening to each other, we contribute to establishing the most important pillars upon which the communication process is built.. This study aimed to clarify the importance of effective listening in achieving the human goals of the communication process, taking into consideration the difference and diversity of those goals related to most of what the individual desires
