إعادة هندسة العمليات مدخل لإدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة فرع أنتيبيوتيكال التابع لمجمع صيدال بالمدية

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مساهمة فلسفة إعادة هندسة العمليات في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، حيث تم التركيز على فرع أنتيبيوتيكال التابع لمجمع صيدال بالمدية، حيث تتمثل عينة الدراسة في الإداريين العاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة وبلغ عددهم 45 عاملا من مجتمع كلي يقدر بـــ: 60 عامل، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لأهداف الدراسة، وتم توزيع استبيان على العينة المدروسة، كما تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) النسخة 23 لمعالجة الاستبيان، هذا وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك مستوى متوسط لتواجد كل من إعادة هندسة العمليات وإدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وأن نظام التدريب في المؤسسة غير فعّال بسبب انخفاض ميزانية التدريب وبالتالي عدم حصول جميع العاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة على التدريب المناسب، هذا وقد أوصت هذه الدراسة على المؤسسة محل الدراسة الاهتمام بفلسفة إعادة هندسة العمليات، وتبنيها كعملية أساسية تساهم في تحسين أداء المؤسسة وتحسين أداء العاملين، إضافة إلى ضرورة الاستثمار في مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة من تدريب وتحفيز وتعليم وتبنيها كمبادئ عمل أساسية يستحيل الاستغناء عنها. الكلمات المفتاحية: إعادة هندسة العمليات، الجودة، إدارة الجودة، إدارة الجودة الشاملة، مؤسسة أنتيبيوتيكال بالمدية. Abstract : This study aims to identify the contribution of the philosophy of process reengineering to the application of total quality management in the economic enterprise, Where the focus was on the Antibiotic branch of the Saidal Complex in Medea, Where the study sample is represented in the administrators working in the institution under study and their number reached 45 workers from a total community estimated at: 60 workers, Where the descriptive and analytical approach was used to suit the objectives of the study, and a questionnaire was distributed to the studied sample, and the statistical program (SPSS) 23 version was used to process the questionnaire, This study concluded that there is an average level of the existence of both process re-engineering and total quality management in the institution under study, And that the training system in the institution is ineffective due to the low training budget, and consequently the failure of all employees of the institution under study to receive appropriate training, This study recommended that the institution under study pay attention to the philosophy of process re-engineering, And adopting it as a basic process that contributes to improving the performance of the institution and improving the performance of employees, In addition to the necessity of investing in the principles of total quality management such as training, motivation and education, and adopting them as basic work principles that cannot be dispensed with.
