مؤشرات تقييم الأداء في المؤسسات الصحية دراسة حالة المؤسسات الصحية لولاية المدية للفترة (2012-2018)

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أداء المؤسسات الصحية لولاية المدية خلال الفترة (2012-2018)، حيث تم دراسة كل المؤسسات العمومية الصحية بولاية المدية إضافة إلى العيادات الخاصة المتواجدة بالولاية، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن القطاع الصحي لولاية المدية يشهد نقص كبير في عدد الموارد البشرية الصحية خلال الفترة (2012-2018) مقارنة مع تطور عدد السكان خلال نفس الفترة، وبالتالي انخفاض معدل التغطية الصحية، هذا الذي من شأنه أن يؤثر سلبا على أداء القطاع، هذا وقد أوصت هذه الدراسة إلى ضرورة اهتمام المؤسسات العمومية الصحية بولاية المدية بجانب الملموسية من خلال إرساء محيط داخلي مميز ينعكس إيجابا على الحالة النفسية المستفيد وعلى صحته، ، من خلال توفير أماكن استقبال وانتظار مناسبة وتوفير إقامة مميزة حتى يشعر المستفيد بأنه بين أياد آمنة تكفل له الشفاء. الكلمات المفتاحية: أداء المؤسسات الصحية؛ تقييم الأداء الصحي؛ المؤسسات الصحية لولاية المدية؛ Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the performance of Medea state health institutions during the period (2012-2018), where all public health institutions in the state of Medea in addition to the private clinics located in the state were studied, This study found that the health sector in the state of Medea is witnessing a significant shortage in the number of health human resources during the period (2012-2018) compared to the development of the population during the same period, Thus, the rate of health coverage decreases, This would negatively affect the performance of the sector, This study has recommended the need for public health institutions to pay attention to the state of Medea in the aspect of tangibility by establishing a distinctive internal environment that reflects positively on the psychological state of the beneficiary and on his health, By providing suitable reception and waiting places and providing a distinguished residence so that the beneficiary feels that he is in safe hands that will ensure his recovery.
