الملخص
الكتابة وسيلة من وسائل التعبير، حيث تعيد إنتاج عملية الكلام، تحددها حركة اليد، وبذلك فهي ترجمة لما في النفس الإنسانية من معانٍ ومشاعر من خلال إشارة أو رسم بحيث تكون هذه الرسوم لها دلالة ومعنى عند تركيبها، فلهذا استطاع الإنسان أن يخترع أسلوباً للتعبير والكتابة . والكتابة العربية تتميز باتصالها بالفنون الأخرى، الأمر الذي يجعل منها عملية قابلة لإكتساب العديد من الأشكال الهندسية التي تترجم الوحدات الصوتية، ويكون ذلك من خلال الرجع والمد والتشابك والإستدارة والترتيب والتداخل، وفن الخط العربي يقترن بالزخرفة العربية لتزيين القصور والمساجد، ولتحرير الكتب والمخطوطات ولنسخ آيات من القرآن الكريم فالسؤال المطروح : فيم تكمن تمظهرات جماليةً الخط العربي ووظيفته ؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: الخط العربي، المقروئية، الجمالية، الكتابةـ، الفن.
