دور إدارة المخاطر المالية و الإنذار المبكر في التنبؤ بالفشل المالي للمؤسسة

الملخص
مستخلص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار الدور الذي تقوم به إدارة المخاطر المالية في الكشف عن المخاطر التي يمكن أن تعرض لها المؤسسة و إدارتها للحد منها مما يساهم في تجنب الفشل المالي لها، كما تظهر أهمية الإنذار المبكر للفشل المالي في حماية المؤسسة من الفشل المالي الذي قد يؤدي إفلاس المؤسسات في كثير من الأحيان، فظهور الفشل المالي في المؤسسة يكون نتيجة لعدة اعتبارات لعل أهمها ضعف الإدارة المالية للمؤسسة مما يؤدي بها إلى عدم المقدرة على وضع توازن بين تكاليفها و إيراداتها نتيجة لعدم تغطية تلك الإيرادات لتلك التكاليف، وكحل لا بد من المؤسسات تفعيل إدارة المخاطر المالية للتنبؤ بالفشل المالي و معالجته و التقليل من حدته. الكلمات المفتاحية : إدارة المخاطر المالية، الإنذار المبكر، الفشل المالي، التنبؤ المالي. تصنيف JEL : G17 , G19, G320 , G32 Abstract : The aim of this study is to highlight the role that the financial risk management plays, to discover the risks that the company might encounter, in order to manage and minimize them , in order to help avoid the financial failure, and the importance of the early warnings of the financial failure to protect the company from this financial failure that often, lead to the company’s bankruptcy. The occurrence of the financial failure of the company, due to several considerations and perhaps the most important one is the poor financial management of the company, might lead it to the inability to reach the balance of its charges with its revenues, by reason of the non-covering of these revenues by these charges. The solution for the companies is that they must activate the financial risk management, in order to forecast and address the financial failure, and reduce its severity Key words : Management of the Financial Risks , The Early warning , the Financial Failure, The Financial Forecasting.
