الملخص: يعد الفساد واحدا من أكبر التحديات التي ظلت ومازالت تواجه المجتمع الدولي برمته، بسبب الخطورة التي يشكلها على مختلف مناحي الحياة؛ السياسية، الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، لذا فقد اهتمت الدول بموضوع مكافحة الفساد على المستوى الداخلي، وكانت الفعالية في هذا الإطار نسبية ومتفاوتة من دولة إلى أخرى، وأمام هذا الوضع وأمام الآثار السلبية للظاهرة على المستويين الوطني و الإفريقي، صمم الإتحاد الإفريقي على مكافحة الفساد، وأطلقت دعوات إلى اتخاذ إجراءات للحد منه على جميع المستويات، واستجابة لتلك الدعوات، جعلت منظمة الإتحاد الإفريقي من مشكلة الفساد محط اهتمام لها، من أجل الحد من مخاطرها، حيث بذلت جهودا حثيثة في هذا المجال، أرست هذه الإنجازات أرضية مناسبة وأدوات فاعلة أمكن من خلالها وضع وثيقة شاملة مكرسه بالكامل لمكافحة الفساد، توفر أول إطار عمل على المستوى الإفريقي لتناول موضوع مكافحة الفساد. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإتحاد الإفريقي، الفساد، مكافحة، المنتدى الإفريقي لمكافحة الفساد Abstract: The Corruption is one of the biggest challenges that have been and continue to face the international community as a whole, due to the seriousness it poses on various aspects of life: political, economic, and social. Therefore, countries have paid attention to the issue of fighting corruption at the internal level, and the effectiveness in this context has been relative and varied from country to country. Other, in the face of this situation and in the face of the negative effects of the phenomenon at the national and African levels, the African Union resolved to fight corruption, and calls were made to take measures to reduce it at all levels, and in response to those calls, the African Union made the problem of corruption a focus of attention Here, in order to reduce its risks, as made unremitting efforts in this area, laid the ground achievements appropriate tools and effective possible through which to develop a comprehensive document fully dedicated to the fight against corruption, provide the first framework at the African level to address the subject of the fight against corruption.
