متطلبات محاربة التلاعب في بورصة الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى ابراز أهمية وضع قواعد ولوائح تحد من الاضرار بالأسواق المالية والمتعاملين فيها وتحميهم من عمليات التلاعب التي قد تمارسها الشركات أو المضاربون، حيث يهدف المتلاعبون إلى خداع المستثمرين من خلال التحكم أو التأثير على أسعار الأوراق المالية المتداولة، وتحقيق مكاسب غير مشروعة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن حداثة بورصة الجزائر وخصائصها الحالية تساعد بشكل أكبر على التلاعب، حتى وإن لم تظهر لحد آن أي تصرفات تشير إلى حدوث ذلك، لكن يجب مراجعة القوانين المنظمة لعمل بورصة الجزائر خاصة فيما يتعلق بجانب التلاعب، حيث يلاحظ وجود قصور فيها، إذ يجب وضع لائحة تحدد السلوكيات المحظورة في بورصة الجزائر. Abstract: This paper aims to establish the importance of regulations that limit damage to financial markets and those who treat them, and to protect manipulators from manipulation by businesses or speculators. Whereas The Manipulators seek to mislead investors by controlling or influencing the prices of traded securities and making illegal gains. The study revealed that the modernity of the Algerian stock market and its current characteristics are more conducive to manipulation, Till date, no action has indicated that the market has been tampered. However, the rules governing the work of the Algiers Stock Exchange should be reviewed, particularly with regard to the manipulation component. It is therefore necessary to establish a list of prohibited behaviors at the Algiers Stock Exchange. .Key words: Manipulation, Financial Information, Algeria Stock Exchange, Stock Prices, Investor Protection
