أهمية التعليم الجامعي في الجزائر وعلاقته بالعالم المهني

الملخص
يعتبر التعليم الجامعي المحرك الرئيسي لتطوير المجتمع حيث انه يساهم بالدرجة الاولى بتفعيل الدور الاقتصادي والاجتماعي له من خلال ربطه بسوق العمل، مما يساهم بتسهيل حركية حاملي الشهادات المتخرجين من الجامعة في العالم المهني او بالأحرى في مواجهة سوق العمل حيث تقدم لهم تكوين جامعي يتوافق ومتطلبات سوق العمل خاصة في وقتنا الحالي الذي بشهد تحديات اقتصادية واجتماعية تفرض ضرورة تكييف المسارات التكوينية مع الحاجات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لسوق العمل. ومن هنا ارتأينا ان يكون موضوع هذه الورقة البحثية حول اهمية التعليم الجامعي وعلاقته بالعالم المهني حيث أردنا توضيح الدور الذي يؤديه التعليم الجامعي من الناحية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية من اجل مواجهة تحديات سوق العمل في الجزائر، خاصة اذا عرفنا ان الجامعات اليوم يقوم تقييمها على اساس مدى قدرتها على تسهيل حركية خريجي جامعاتها لمواجهة سوق العمل وذلك من خلال اعتماد برامج تكوينية ذات جودة تستجيب لمستجدات سوق العمل. Abstract: University education is the main engine for the development of society, as it contributes primarily to activating its economic and social role by linking it to the labor market, which contributes to facilitating the mobility of university graduates in the professional world, or rather in the face of the labor market, as it provides them with university training in line with the requirements of the labor market. Especially in our time, which is witnessing economic and social challenges that impose the necessity of adapting the training courses to the economic and social needs of the labor market, Hence, we decided that the topic of this research paper should be on the importance of university education and its relationship to the professional world. Facilitating the mobility of its university graduates to face the labor market, by adopting quality training programs that respond to the developments in the labor market.
