علاقة الاستقرار الاقتصادي للأستاذ الجامعي بأدائه الوظيفي

الملخص
يؤثر الاستقرار الاقتصادي للأستاذ الجامعي في نوعية أدائه الوظيفي ، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز واقع الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري من خلال التطرق لوضعية الأستاذ الجامعي الاقتصادية ، ومحاولة ربطها بالأداء الوظيفي في ما يخص الفضاء العلمي، مع توضيح أهميته في تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي وذلك من خلال السماح له بالتمتع بالمكانة الاجتماعية من خلال الوظائف التي يقوم بها ، وهذا ما يؤثر عليه بطريقة أو بأخرى في أدائه الوظيفي بما يتوافق مع متطلبات سوق العمل. ولمعالجة هذه الطرح عمدنا إلى إتباع المنهج الوصفي، كما أننا اعتمدنا على العينة الطبقية ، والتي تحتوي على 300 أستاذ جامعي من جامعات الجزائر 1، 2 و3. أما عن أدوات البحث فقد اعتمدنا على الاستمارة ، والتي تتضمن 78 سؤالا كما أننا وضعنا ترميز مسبق لأسئلة الاستمارة قصد تسهيل عملية تفريغ البيانات في ما بعد. ولقد اقتصرت الدراسة الأساتذة الجامعيين الذين زاولوا عملهم بصفة دائمة وتتراوح اقدميتهم ثلاث سنوات فما فوق في جامعات الجزائر 1 ، 2 و 3. وذلك لمدة 10 أشهر ابتداء من سبتمبر 2013 إلى غاية جوان 2014. ولقد استخلاصنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن الاستقرار الاقتصادي للأستاذ الجامعي يؤثر بشكل واضح على عملية التدريس والإنتاج العلمي، حيث أن الدخل والسكن يشكلان مؤشرين جوهريين يؤثران في الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي في حالة تواجدهم في الكفة الملائمة كما يقف عليها مستوى جودة الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي حيث تؤثر الوضعية الاقتصادية في إكساب الأستاذ الجامعي السمعة والهيبة الاجتماعية وهذا من خلال المكانة المستحقة في المجتمع خاصة ونحن أمام أزمة إنسان وليس أزمة مادة. الكلمات المفتاحية : جامعة ؛ مجتمع ؛ أستاذ جامعي ؛ أداء وظيفي ؛ استقرار اقتصادي. تصنيف JEL :XNN ؛ XNN Abstract: E he economic stability of the university professor affects the quality of his job performance, and this research aims to highlight the reality of the Algerian university professor by addressing the economic situation of the university professor, and trying to link it to job performance in relation to the scientific space, while clarifying its importance in achieving economic stability by allowing him to enjoy His social status through the jobs he performs, and this affects him in one way or another in his job performance in line with the requirements of the labor market. To address this subtraction, we followed the descriptive approach, and we also relied on the stratified sample, which contains 300 university professors from the universities of Algeria 1, 2 and 3. As for the research tools, we relied on the form, which includes 78 questions, and we have pre-coded the questions of the form in order to facilitate the process of unloading data later. The study was limited to university professors who practiced their work on a permanent basis and their seniority ranged from three years or more in the universities of Algeria 1, 2 and 3. for a period of 10 months, starting from September 2013 to June 2014. We have concluded through this study that the economic stability of the university professor clearly affects the process of teaching, supervision and scientific production, as income and housing are two essential indicators that affect the job performance of the university professor if they are on the appropriate side, as stands the quality of the job performance of the university professor. The economic situation affects the university professor’s gaining reputation and social prestige, and this is through the deserved position in society, especially when we are facing a human crisis, not a crisis of matter.
