الملخص
تشكل الموارد البشرية من اهم الموارد التي تحوزها المنظمات باعتباره يمتلك مهارات وقدرات تساهم في تنميته وفعاليته وعليه فاستقطاب الموارد البشرية تعد من الوظائف الهامة التي توكل للمؤسسة من اجل انجازها في ظروف تنظيمية مناسبة ، خاصة في ظل تطور العصر المعلوماتي وأصبح من الضرورة الحتمية مواكبة مستجداتها والعمل على التنسيق معها قصد تعزيز قدرات الموارد البشرية والحرص على ميكانيزمات التعامل مع التقنية. من هنا ارتأينا ان يكون موضوع هذه الورقة البحثية ان يتناول أهمية تكنولوجيا المعلومات في استقطاب الموارد البشرية حيث نهدف من خلالها توضيع العلاقة التي تربط التقنية باستقطاب الموارد البشرية في المنظمة. كلمات مفتاحية: موارد بشرية.، استقطاب، التقنية، تكنولوجيا المعلومات. تصنيف JEL : XN2، XN1. Abstract: Human resources constitute one of the most important resources possessed by organizations, as it possesses skills and capabilities that contribute to its development and effectiveness. Therefore, attracting human resources is one of the important functions entrusted to the organization in order to complete it in appropriate organizational conditions, especially in light of the development of the information age and it has become an imperative to keep pace with its developments and work on Coordination with it in order to enhance the capabilities of human resources and ensure the mechanisms of dealing with technology. Hence, we decided that the topic of this research paper should deal with the importance of information technology in attracting human resources, as we aim through it to explain the relationship that connects technology to attracting human resources in the organization.
