الهرمينوطيقا والرؤى المقاصدية في علم الكلام الجديد- جدلية العقائد والتواصل الموروث-

الملخص
يعرض هذا المقال تحليلاً تفسيرياً لتمفصلات الهرمينوطيقا الضمنية ـ في بُعدِها التأويلي ـ مع علم الكلام الجديد المستنِد أصلاً إلى الرؤى المقاصِدية. ويتم التركيز فيه على شرح كيف أنّ النّصوص الدينية التي لا تزال تأخذ حقها من التأويل من الطبيعي أن تجد ضالّتها في الدرس الهرمينوطيقي الثري بنزعته المقاصدية، وبوصفها تعمل على توسيع فهم النّص بصفة خاصة وفهم موضوعاته بصفة عامة. ورغم الغموض الذي يبقى ظاهرا في استعمال الهرمينوطيقا في مقاربة المعطيات الدّينية إلا أنّها تظل بارزة في الدّراسات الكلامية من حيث هي قول كلامي عقدي يسعى إلى تحقيق التواصل مع الوحي في إطار الدين والحياة؛ أي داخل الدين ولكن برؤية مقاصدية جديدة تدعو لتحقيق المصالح الإنسانية تماشيا مع معطيات العلوم الفقهية ومقاصد الشريعة. Abstract: This article aims to analyze and explain the recent and implicit articulations of hermeneutics in itsinterpretative dimension with the ‘Ilm Al-Kalam (Theology) from the Islamic tradition and based on the contribution of intentionality. In doingso, we must alsospecify the factthat the sacredtexts are naturallyexposed to interpretationswhichwill lead them, as a result, to takeadvantage of the saidhermeneutics in itsinterpretativebranch. Withoutforgettingthatitalsoworkstowards the understanding of the text in a specialway and the understanding of itsthemes in general. Despite the confusion surrounding the hermeneuticapproach in itsapproach to religion aspects, itremainspreponderantwith regard to the studiesthatemergefrom ‘Ilm Al-Kalam. This isconfirmed by its contribution to determining confession as advent and word, both of which do not departfrom the communicational regard, not evenfrom life which, goingfromthisprinciple, must contain the religious. And this, in the perspective of the new concept of Intentionality and in a vision that tends to bringIslamic jurisprudence closer to the spirit of the Shari'a (Islamiclaw).
