معيقات التكوين الالكتروني عبر منصة مودل Moodle بجامعة المسيلة Obstacles To Electronic Formation Via The M`sila Moodle Platform.

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على معيقات التكوين الالكتروني عبر منصة مودل Moodleبجامعة المسيلة، وذلك للتعرف على معنى التكوين والتدريب، والتعرف على بعض الدراسات المرتبطة ارتباطا مباشر أو غير مباشر بالموضوع وبالتالي من خلال ذلك يتم العمل على استنتاج مختلف معيقات التكوين الالكتروني عموما وفي منصة مودل Moodle على وجه التحديد. توصلت الدراسة من خلال التحليل النظري للمعلومات إلى أن معيقات التكوين الالكتروني عبر منصة مودل Moodleبجامعة المسيلة هي نفسها على معيقات التعليم الالكتروني متمثلة في معيقات إدارية، ومعيقات أكاديمية، ومعيقات بيئية وفنية، وبالتالي فهي تشترك مع معظم الجامعات التي تستخدم المنصة في التكوين. The current study aims to identify the obstacles to electronic formation via the Moodle platform at the University of M`sila, in order to get acquainted with the meaning of training and training, and to identify some of the studies that are directly or indirectly related to the subject, and thus work is done to deduce the various obstacles to electronic training in general and through the Moodle platform in particular. The study concluded, through the theoretical a nalysis of the information, that the obstacles to electronic formation through the Moodle platform at the University of M`sila are the same as the obstacles to e-learning represented in administrative obstacles, academic obstacles, and technical environmental obstacles, and therefore they share with most universities that use the platform in training.
