الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى حساب الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الاختيار التربوي لدى المرأة العاملة، سعيا إلى توضيح كيفية اختيار التخصص بطريقة تميز العاملات (أستاذة، عاملة في الإدارة، مكتبية) باعتبارهن كنا طالبات واخترن تخصصاتهن في المرحلة الجامعية،طبقت الدراسة على عينة من كلية الآداب واللغات بجامعة المسيلة بلغت 100 عاملة اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية، وللإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والتباين ومعامل الارتباط Pearson واختبارT للفروق. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مقياس الاختيار التربوي لدى المرأة العاملة يتمتع بخاصية الصدق (الصدق التمييزي والصدق الذاتي) والثبات (بطريقة معامل ألفا كرونباخ) بعد تطبيقه على عينة من العاملات بكلية الآداب واللغات بجامعة المسيلة. The current study aims to calculate the psychometric characteristics of the educational choice for working women, in order to clarify how to choose the specialty the females workers (professor, workers in administration, librarians) as they were students and chose their specializations at the university level, the study was applied to a sample from the Faculty of Letters and Languages at the University of M'Sila, which consisted of 100 workers who were chosen randomly, the study relied on the descriptive method for its suitability for the purposes of the study, Statistical methods were used represented in the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, variance, Pearson correlation, and T-test differences. the study concluded that the educational choice scale has a character- ristic of validity and (discriminatory honesty, self-honesty) reliability (the alpha-Cronbach method) after applying it to a sample of female workers at the Faculty of Letters and Languages at the University of M'Sila.
