الطبخ كإحدى آليات الفعل التواصلي للمرأة عبر فضاء الفايسبوك في ظل الحجر الصحي

الملخص
يتميز المجتمع الجزائري بخصوصية غذائية متنوعة عبر مختلف مناطق التراب الوطني، مما أثار إهتمامنا لدراسة الظاهرة الغذائية وعلاقتها بالمرأة من المنظور السوسيولوجي في خضم المجتمع الافتراضي، حيث نعتبر أن الطبخ مهمة نسوية محضة، المتوارثة عبر أجيال متعاقبة للحفاظ على العادات والتقاليد الغذائية ذات الدلالات الرمزية، وقيم مهمة كالكرم والضيافة، المتعارف عليه اجتماعيا بالوليمة أو العَرْضَة. لهذا سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال التعرض إلى دور الغذاء في المحافظة على التماسك الإجتماعي في ظل الحجر المنزلي الذي سجن الجزائريين بمنازلهم خوفا من عدوى فيروس كورونا. وجدت المرأة لنفسها متنفسا عبر ممارستها الطبخ في ظل الظروف الصعبة التي تعيشها منذ أشهر، فأصبحت صفحات الطبخ بالفيسبوك الفضاء الإفتراضي الحصري لتواصل النسوة لتجعل منه فضاءا مهما للمحافظة على الروابط الاجتماعية بأسرتها ومجتمعها. تحولت صفحات الفيسبوك على إثر هذا إلى مصدر لإكتشاف وتعلم أطباق فن الطبخ الراقي (أوروبي، خليجي، آسيوي...)، مما طورها من طباخة الأسرة إلى طباخة محترفة ودفعها لطموح تحقيق مشاريع مستقبلية. Algerian society is distinguished by its diverse nutritional characteristics across all regions of the country, which has aroused our interest in studying the food phenomenon and its relationship with women from a sociological perspective in the midst of the virtual community. We consider that cooking is a purely feminist task, inherited from generations to preserve the habits and traditions of food with symbolic significance, and important values such as generosity and hospitality, which are socially recognized by the feast or the offering. . This is why we will try through this article to attack the role of food in the preservation of social cohesion in the shadow of the home quarantine that imprisoned Algerians in their homes for fear of the Coronavirus infection. Women have found themselves in a culinary culture under the difficult conditions they have been living for months, making Facebook's cooking pages the exclusive virtual space for women to connect to make it an important space for preserving social ties with their family and society. Facebook pages have thus become a source of discovery and learning of fine-dining (European, Gulf, Asian, and so on), from family cooking to a professional cook and pushing it to the ambition of future projects. La société algérienne est caractérisée par une variété d’intimité alimentaire sur le territoire national, ce qui a suscité notre intérêt pour étudier le phénomène alimentaire et sa relation avec les femmes d’un point de vue sociologique dans la communauté virtuelle, où la cuisine est une tâche purement féministe, héritée au fil des générations successives, pour préserver les habitudes alimentaires symboliques et les traditions, et des valeurs importantes telles que la générosité et l’hospitalité. Socialement reconnu comme un festin ou occasionnel. Dans cet article, nous tenterons d’aborder le rôle de la nourriture dans le maintien de la cohésion sociale sous la pierre domestique qui a emprisonné les Algériens chez eux par peur de la contagion du coronavirus. Les femmes se sont retrouvées dans une culture culinaire dans les conditions difficiles qu’elles vivent depuis des mois, faisant des pages de cuisine de Facebook l’espace virtuel exclusif pour les femmes de se connecter pour en faire un espace important pour préserver les liens sociaux avec leur famille et la société. Les pages Facebook sont ainsi devenues une source de découverte et d’apprentissage de la gastronomie (européenne, du Golfe, asiatique, etc.), de la cuisine familiale à la cuisine professionnelle en passant par l’ambition de projets futurs.
