الملخص
تلعب الوسائل التعليمية في الآونة الأخيرة الدور الفعّال والهادف في المنظومة التعليمية الجزائرية، وبما أنّها الرائد في هذه الفترة، فقد كانت بمثابة المنهل والسبيل لطرق باب العولمة والتجديد في مجال التعليم والتعلّم والملاحظ أنّ التلميذ في بداية تعليمه أصبح يعتمد على البرامج التعليمية أكثر منه على الكتب، وذلك بمشاهدة الصور والأفلام ومختلف الأشرطة التعليمية التي تساعده في النطق الصحيح سواء الحروف أو الأرقام أو حتّى أسماء الحيوانات. فقد وجب علينا نحن كمعلّمين فاعلين في المجتمع أن نتكاتف، ونخرج هذه المنظومة في حلّة جديدة متطوّرة ومتميّزة من شأنها أن تثري وتزيد من الكفاءة والأداء، وتوفّر الجهد والوقت، وتكون نسب النجاح فيها للتلاميذ تفوق أي تصوّر. إذا كيف ساعدت هذه الوسائل في النهوض بالمنظومة التعليمية؟ وكيف أثّرت على أداء التلميذ؟ وما هي مظاهر التجديد والتطوّر في هذه الأخيرة؟ وكيف ساعدت المعلّم على تخطّي الصعوبات التي كانت تواجهه في مهنته؟ Abstract: In recent times, educational aids play an effective and purposeful role in the Algerian educational system, and since it is the pioneer in this period, it was the source and the way to the door of globalization and renewal in the field of education and learning. It is noted that the student at the beginning of his education became dependent on educational programs more than on books, By watching pictures, movies and various educational tapes that help him in the correct pronunciation, whether letters, numbers, or even the names of animals. We, as active educators in the community, must unite, and bring this system out in a new, advanced and distinct form that will enrich and increase efficiency and performance, save effort and time, and have success rates for students beyond any imagination. So how did these means help in the advancement of the educational system? How did it affect the student's performance? What are the manifestations of renewal and development in the latter? And how did you help the teacher to overcome the difficulties he was facing in his profession?
