الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة لتحديد البنية العاملية لخدمات حاضنات الأعمال لدى رواد الأعمال المحتملين من الطلبة في كلية العلوم بجامعة يحي فارس المدية، بالاعتماد على التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي، وتم استهداف الطلبة الذين درسوا مقياس المقاولاتية في السنة الثانية ماستر المقدر عددهم 208 طالب وطالبة، واهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة وجود بنية عاملية رباعية الأبعاد لخدمات حاضنة الأعمال، تنطوي على بعد خدمات تطوير الأفكار الريادية و بعد الخدمات الأساسية و بعد خدمات الاستشارات والتوجيه والتدريب و بعد خدمات التشبيك، مع وجود قاسم مشترك من الدلالة تشترك فيها هذه الأبعاد الذي توحي بوجود عامل عام من الدرجة الثانية، واهم ما أوصت به الدراسة ضرورة تحديد نموذج خدمات حاضنات الأعمال في الجامعة انطلاقا من تشخيص احتياجات رواد الأعمال المحتملين من الطلبة للإنشاء مشاريعهم الناشئة. This study aims to determine the factorial structure of business incubators services of potential entrepreneurs’ students of science faculty in Yahia Fares university of Medea. All students, who studied the entrepreneurship module in the second year master studies (around 208 students), are selected using the exploratory factorial structure. Findings show a presence of four factorial structure dimensions of business incubators services. Hence, it includes the development of pilot ideas services dimension, principal services dimension, consulting, guidance, and training service dimension, networking services dimension. Yet, it has a common denominator of significance that indicates a second-level general factor existence. Moreover, this study recommended the need to determine the business incubator services model in the university based on the diagnostic of potential entrepreneurs’ students' needs to establish their startup projects.
