التعليم المعكوس استراتيجية نحو تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إختبار تأثير استراتيجية التعليم المعكوس بأبعادها الأربعة ( توفر بيئة تعلم مرنة- تغير في مفهوم التعلم -التفكير الدقيق في تقسيم المحتوى التعليمي وتحليله -توافر معلمين أكفاء ومدربين)، على تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر، حيث شملت دراستنا عينة لطلبة من جامعات جزائرية للأطوار التعليمية الثلاث ليسانس، ماستر ، دكتوراه. و قد بلغت عينة الدراسة 304 طالب، و بالاعتماد على إستبيان، ومعالجة معطياته باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS (V22). توصلت الدراسة إلى وجدود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية للتعليم المعكوس بأبعاده الأربع على تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي، مع وجود اختلاف في درجة التأثير من بعد آخر. Abstract: This study aims to test the impact of the flipped learning strategy in its four dimensions (Availability of a flexible learning environment - A change in the concept of learning - Accurate thinking in dividing and analyzing educational content - Availability of qualified and trained teachers), On achieving quality of higher education in Algeria. Where the field study included a sample of students from various Algerian universities, with the three phases of Bachelor, Master and Doctorate, The sample of the study reached 304 students. And based on a questionnaire, and its data were processed using the SPSS statistics program (V22). The study found the existence of a statistical significance relationship of inverted learning in its four dimensions to achieving quality of higher education. With a difference in the degree of influence from dimension to another
