المـجــــلــــة العـــلمـــيـــة المـسـتـقـبــــل الاقــتــصــــــادي Revue scientifique Avenir économique The Scientific review of future economic was created in 2013 by the laboratory of the future of the Algerian economy apart from hydrocarbons, Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences of M’hamed Bougara Boumerdes University (Algeria). The journal is a scientific one with a multidisciplinary reviewing committee with academics and experts of international reputation with an annual periodicity. It publishes original papers by researchers, teachers, experts and doctoral students. The aim of the journal is to share expertise and new knowledge (theoretical and empirical) with the general public. The Scientific review of future economicis more interested in works related to the following areas: - Economy, Econometrics and Finance - Business, administration and accounting - International business management and administration - Development and innovation - Marketing - Organizational behaviour and human resources administration - Strategy and administration - Tourism - Information system and management - Environmental economics and sustainable development The Scientific review of future economic targets a specialized audience such as teachers, researchers, doctoral students and consulting firms; as well as the general public. The target audience is national and international. The papers published by the journal are freely accessible and downloadable in the journal’s space on the ASJP (Algerian Scientific Journal Platform). Authors who wish to submit their manuscripts to the journal will find all the useful information within this platform (author guides, journal instructions and template, ethics card and copyright transfer statement). The journal publishes articles in three languages (English, Arabic and French. It is indexed in various databases and bibliographic search engines. Open Access Policy All articles published by The Scientific review of economic future are made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication, which allows an immediate, world-wide, barrier-free, open access to the full text of research papers, which is in the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. الاقتصاد الأخضر كبديل للاقتصاد الأسود في الجزائر: دراسة استكشافية تحليلية لتجربة السودان

الملخص: يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على كيفية استفادة الحكومة الجزائرية من تجربة السودان في تمويل القطاع الزراعي كبديل لقطاع المحروقات، ودلت التجربة السودانية بوضوح على مدى مساهمة التمويل الإسلامي في دعم أداء القطاع الزراعي وتعويض انخفاض الإيرادات البترولية في السودان، ولبلوغ هدف الدراسة تم إبراز أهم التحديات القانونية لصيغ التمويل الإسلامي الخاصة بالقطاع الزراعي في الجزائر من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي. خلُصت الدراسة إلى أن المشرّع الجزائري لا يعترف بعقود المزارعة والمساقاة والمغارسة في التنظيم 20-02 كعقود مالية إسلامية، ولا يعترف أيضا بالصكوك كورقة مالية في القانون التجاري. كما أن هذه الصيغ تستلزم صيغة التأمين التكافلي المتوافقة مع مبادئها.

Résumé: Abstract The purpose of this study was to obtain a better understanding about the importance of knowledge investment and Local product for a solid investment base...why... and how...? There are two main objectives of this study. First, our objective is to promote and develop investment in knowledge through universities and research centers and to highlight the importance of investment in knowledge and its role in the development of society. Second, we also focus on the need and imperative to connect the issue of education and learning to the sustainable development goals. We studied the relationship between education and Local product. The present paper represents, in our view one of the most important attempts to explain this issue. Although we think these limitations has enhanced on understanding of the relationship between education and Local product to, despite the generality of current results must be established by future research.
