الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة إدارة التغيير التنظيمي في دعم إدارة المعرفة بالمديرية العملياتية لاتصالات الجزائر بالجلفة، أين تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأخذ عينة عشوائية تعدادها (31) موظف بمديرية العمليات لاتصالات الجزائر بالجلفة. واعتمدت الدراسة على مجموعة من الأدوات والأساليب الإحصائية متمثلة في معامل الارتباط وأسلوب تحليل الانحدار الخطي لاختبار فرضياتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة رئيسية وهي وجود علاقة ارتباط وأثر معنوي فوق المتوسط لإدارة التغيير التنظيمي على عمليات إدارة المعرفة داخل المؤسسة محل الدراسة. The study aimed to identify the extent of the contribution of organizational change management in supporting knowledge management in the operational directorate of Algeria Telecom in Djelfa. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical method by the sampling method for the opinions of a random sample of (31) employees. The study relied on a set of statistical tools and methods represented by the correlation coefficient and the linear regression analysis method to test its hypotheses. The study found that there is an above-average correlation and significant impact of organizational change management on knowledge management processes within the institution under study.
