الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير نظام المعلومات الإداري على تخطيط المسار الوظيفي في المدرية الفرعية التجارية لاتصالات الجزائر لولاية ورقلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي واعتماد الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، والتي تمّ معالجتها من خلال الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من لنتائج أهمها أن المؤسسة محل لدراسة تمتلك بنية تحتية معتبرة لنظام المعلومات الإداري لم تستغل بالشكل المطلوب في تخطيط ا لمسار الوظيفي الذي لم يرتقى إلى المستوى المتوقع بحسب وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة. The study aims to identify the impact of management information systems on career path planning in Commercial Sub-Directorate of Algeria Telecom for the state of Ouargla. to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach, the questionnaire as a data collection tool, and appropriate statistical methods were used The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the institution under study has a significant infrastructure for the management information system, didn’t sufficiently utilized in career path planning that didn’t live up to the expected level according the study sample point of view.
