التعليم الإلكتروني.. رؤية جديدة للتعليم في الجامعة الجزائرية

الملخص
إن التعليم الالكتروني في عصرنا الراهن يعد مكسبا جديدا ودعاية إتصالية تساهم في نشر المعرفة العلمية بطرق متطورة وحديثة تتماشي ومتطلبات التعليم العصرية وما يفرضه الواقع الافتراضي التكنولوجي، من متطلبات جديدة وحديثة تساعد بطريقة كبيرة في الخروج من قوقعة التقليد إلى فضاء أوسع، تتاح فيه كل الطرق العملية والسبل الناجحة والقادرة على تقديم الإضافة العلمية، وإتاحة الفرص للمعلم والمتعلم على الإبداع والابتكار واستغلال طاقاتهم الفكرية والمعرفية، للتحكم في مختلف البرمجيات التكنولوجية التي تستعمل كوسائل تعليمية تعمل على تبسيط المهمة التعليمية والخروج من حيز كل ما هو تقليدي في العملية التعليمة، والاتجاه إلى تحديث التعليم الجامعي بالمؤسسات الجامعية الجزائرية بآليات ووسائل المحتوى الرقمي، وما يحمله من مميزات فريدة من نوعها تعمل على إعطاء عملية التعليم نفس جديد يتميز بروح الإبداع والابتكار والمشاركة الفعالة كثقافة بديلة في ميدان التعليم الجامعي، وبالنظر إلى الواقع التعليمي على مستوي جامعاتنا الجزائرية سنجد أن هناك إستعمال ضئيل لآلية التعليم الالكتروني في بعض الجامعات، ويغيب في بعض منها وذلك يعود إلي عدة عوامل جعلت من عملية التعليم الالكتروني بجامعاتنا مجرد مفهوم علمي متداول، دون أن تعمل الفئات المعنية على ترسيخه كثقافة تعليمية ممارسة تساهم في تطوير البيئة الجامعية وتخليصها من التعليم التقليدي او تعزيزه، والتوجه الى عصرنة ورقمنة التعليم في الجزائر خاصة في مثل هذه الظروف الأزمات الصحية والمرضية التي يمر بها العالم والجزائر خاصة. E-learning in our current era is a new gain and communication propaganda that contributes to the dissemination of scientific knowledge in advanced and modern ways that are in line with the requirements of modern education and the new and modern requirements imposed by technological virtual reality that help in a great way to get out of the coercion of imitation into a wider space in which all practical methods and means are available Successful and capable of providing scientific addition, and providing opportunities for the teacher and the learner to create and innovate and to exploit their intellectual and cognitive energies, to control the various technological programs that are used as educational methods that simplify the educational task and get out of the space of everything that is traditional in the educational process and the trend to modernize university education in university institutions Algerian digital content mechanisms and means, And what it bears of unique features that work to give the education process a new breath characterized by the spirit of creativity, innovation and active participation as an alternative culture in the field of university education, and looking at the educational reality at the level of our Algerian universities, we will find that there is little use of the electronic learning mechanism in some universities, and it is absent in some Among them, this is due to several factors that have made the e-learning process in our universities just a common scientific concept, without the concerned groups working to establish it as an educational culture a practice that contributes to developing the university environment and ridding it of traditional education or strengthening it, and moving towards modernizing and digitalizing education in Algeria, especially in such cases. Conditions of the health and morbid crises that the world is going through, especially Algeria.
