إمتهان الطالبة الجامعية للبغاء، دراسة حالة بجامعة البليدة 2

الملخص
عندما يصبح الجسد سلعة يستهلكها كل من يدفع أكبر ثمن بهذا تنتهك كل القيم الإنسانية التي يجب أن تقوم على اساسها العلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة ومن الضروري توفرها، وبهذا يصبح الجنس مادة للتجارة والربح مقابل العبث واللهو بحرمة الجسد، وجعله بمثابة السلع التي تباع وتشترى لكل فرد من أفراد المجتمع ولكل الفئات، وعليه من خلال ما تقدم تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على الإسباب المؤدية إلى إمتهان الطالبة الجامعية للبغاء بالرغم من مستواها العلمي، وذلك بالإعتماد على منهج دراسة حالة، بحيث تم إجراء الدراسة الميدانية على ثلاث حالات، وأظهرت نتائج الحالة الأولى أن التفكك الأسري سبب كبير في إمتهان البغاء، أما الحالة الثانية أظهرت نتائجها أن كل من التنشئة الاسرية والقيم المكتسبة دور في ممارسة البغاء بحيث تفكك القيم وإضطرابها وتدني مستواها، وغياب دورها في ضبط سلوكيات الفرد وتهذيب أخلاقياته وتحسين عاداته وطباعه تجعل الفرد غير ملتزم وغير مبال لحقوق وأهداف الاخرين، أما نتائج الحالة الثالثة تمثلت في أن هناك علاقة بين الإقامة في الحي الجامعي وإمتهان الطالبة الجامعية للبغاء. In this way, all human values on which the relationship between a man and a woman must be based and provided, are violated. Therefore, sex becomes a material for trade and profit in exchange for tampering with the sanctity of the body, and makes it a product that is sold and bought for every member of society and for all groups. Accordingly, through the above, this study aims at identifying the reasons that lead to the prostitution of a university student despite her scientific level, by relying on a case study approach. Thus, the study was conducted on 3 cases, the results of the first case indicated that family breakdown is a major cause of prostitution. As for the second case, its results showed that both family upbringing and acquired values have a role in the practice of prostitution. Because the disintegration of values, their disorder, their low level, and the absence of their role in controlling the behavior of the individual, refining his morals, improving his habits and character, make the individual non-committal and indifferent to the rights and goals of others. . As for the results of the third case, there is a relationship between residence in the university neighborhood and the university student’s prostitution.
