الملخص
ملخص: إن ظاهرة الاستقرار السياسي تعتبر من ابرز الظواهر السياسية ذات الابعاد المتعددة والمتشابكة التي تتغير بتغير الزمان والمكان والأشخاص، ومن بين أكثر المفاهيم السياسية غموضاً وتعقيدا، نظراً للجدل الكبير الذي شهده من أجل الوصول به إلى معنى محــدد ودقيـــق كما يعتبر أيضاً من أكثر أشكال الاستقرار إلحاحاً لاستمرار المجتمعات، لأنه يتضمن صياغة منظومة من السياسات التي تأخذ بكل أشكال التغيير لذا تعمل الدول العربية جاهدة على ضمان الاستقرار على جميع الاصعدة وبالتالي ضمان استمرارية النظام السياسيى القائم ومن بينها دولة المغرب التي شهدت حراك مجتمعي يعكس الصراعات المجتمعية الواقعية ناتجة عن ضعف وهشاشة التنمية. Abstract: Political stability is considered one of the most prominent political phenomena with multiple and intertwined dimensions that change with the change of time, place and people, and among the most ambiguous and complex political concepts, given the great controversy that he witnessed in order to reach a specific and precise meaning, as he is also considered One of the most urgent forms of stability for the continuation of societies, because it includes the formulation of a system of policies that take all forms of change. Therefore, Arab countries strive to ensure stability at all levels and thus ensure the continuity of the existing political system, among which is Morocco, which witnessed a societal movement that reflects real societal conflicts resulting from Weak and fragile development.
