الملخص
لقد عرف العالم العربي مع مطلع العام 2011 قيام ثورات شعبية مطالبة بتغيير الأنظمة السياسية الاستبدادية وإقامة أنظمة ديمقراطية، إلا أن هذه الثورات قوبلت مطالبها بالرفض والمراوغة من الأنظمة الحاكمة ووصل الأمر إلى حد استخدام القوة العسكرية لردعها، وهو الأمر الذي فتح الباب لانتشار العنف بكل أشكاله والتي من أهمها الإرهاب. فقد أصبحت الدول العربية بيئة خصبة لانتشار عدة تنظيمات إرهابية عابرة لحدود الدول كالعراق وسوريا وليبيا واليمن، مستغلة هشاشة الأنظمة السياسية وفشلها في احتواء شعوبها، وهو الأمر الذي أثر على الاستقرار السياسي في المنطقة من خلال تأجيل مشروع التحول الديمقراطي وتأجيج الصراعات الإثنية والعرقية وتكريس النفوذ الأجنبي وصراع القوى الكبرى، إضافة إلى خلق عدة أزمات اقتصادية واجتماعية. خاصة منها أزمة اللاجئين. |At the beginning of 2011, the Arab world knew the emergence of popular revolutions demanding the change of authoritarian political regimes and the establishment of democratic regimes. However, these revolutions were met with rejection and evasion by the ruling regimes, and the matter reached the point of using military force to deter them, which opened the door to the spread of violence in all its forms, which one of the most important is terrorism. The Arab countries have become a fertile environment for the spread of several transnational terrorist organizations, such as Iraq, Syria, Libya and Yemen, taking advantage of the fragility of political regimes and their failure to contain their people, which has affected political stability in the region by postponing the democratic transformation project, fueling ethnic and racial conflicts, and consolidating foreign influence and conflict. The major powers, in addition to creating several economic and social crises. Especially the refugee crisis.
