المدن الذكية والامن السيبراني :تحديات وآفاق

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة البحث في موضوع المدن الذكية والامن السيراني والعلاقة بينهما وأهمية الامن السيبراني في المدن الذكية وحمايتها من مخاطر الاختراق والتوجه الى المدن الذكية اصبح في الوقت الحالي ضرورة فرضتها تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال واحد الركائز الاساسية في المدن الذكية التي تتطلع الى مستقبل افضل باستخدام مزيج من مجموعة من الخصائص الرئيسية التي تعتمد عليها والمتمثلة في الاقتصاد ،المواطن،الحوكمة،التنقل ،البيئة والمعيشة إذ تشكل الحوكمة الذكية احد القوى الدافعة في اطار المدينة الذكية التي تعزز الابتكار والتنمية الاقتصادية الى جانب اعتماد استراتيجية امنية مشددة وبناء اطار تنظيمي يلتزم به جميع المشاركون ومزودو الخدمات والدوائر الحكومية ، وفي حالة عدم الالتزام به فستكون النتائج وخيمة على المدن الذكية ،كما توضح الدراسة واقع المدن الذكية في العالم مع دراسة نموذج اليابان والمانيا ودبي وتم التركيز على نموذج اليابان مجتمع 5.0 في رؤيته للمدينة الذكية . وكيف يمكن ان تستفيد منها الدول النامية حاليا ومستقبلا. وخلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها تعمل المدن الذكية جاهدة للحفاظ على امنها السيبراني والتصدي للاختراقات. كلمات مفتاحية: المدن الذكية ،الحوكمة الذكية ،الامن السيبراني،تكنولوجيا المعلومات ،مجتمع 5.0 (اليابان) ،دبي. This study aims to research the topic of smart cities and cyber security and the relationship bêtement them and the importance of cyber security in smart cities and protecting them from the risks of penetration and heading to smart cities has become at the present time a necessity imposed by information and communication technology and one of the main pillars in smart cities that look forward to a better future using a combination of a combination of Among the main characteristics that depend on it , represented in the economy, citizen, governance, mobility, environment and living, as smart governance constitutes one of the driving forces within the Framework of the smart city That promotes innovation and economic development, in addition to adopting a strict security strategy and building an organizational Framework that all participants, service providers and departments are committed to . If the government does not adhere to it, the results will be dire for smart cities. The study also shows the reality of smart cities in the world with the study of the model of Japan, Germany and Dubai, and the focus was on the model of Japan Society 5.0 in its vision of the smart city. How can developing countries benefit from it now and in the future?
