الملخص
Drug use is considered a first step towards addiction, it begins with the first dose that can be continued in some to lead it into an unknown destiny. The researchers attributed the problem to the interaction of many factors; In addition to the quality of the substances and their natures, the fragility of the individual and its psychological characteristics with what surrounds him in his environment are reasons that lead him to addiction. Researchers have made intensive efforts to detect the factors underlying the behavior of addiction, and also a number of theories and explanatory models have attempted to explain addiction behavior. In addition to classical models and social theories, psychological theories have tried to understand the mechanisms involved for the prevention of addiction. We can identify the psychobiological model; psychoanalytic theory; Cognitive-Behavioral; psychosocial; psychological models, even the hedonic management model; the general theory of addictions and the system of action; the integrative approach. It is these theoretical models that will be discussed in detail to try to understand the psychology of addiction and drug addict. يعتبر تعاطي المخدرات كخطوة أولى نحو الإدمان عليها، يبدأ بالجرعة الأولى التي قد تستمر عند البعض لتقحمه في مصير مجهول. وقد أرجع العلماء مشكلة الإدمان لتفاعل عدد من العوامل؛ فبالإضافة لنوعية المخدر وطبيعته، فإن هشاشة الفرد وخصائصه النفسية وما يلفه في البيئة المحيطة هي من الأسباب الدافعة لهذا السلوك. وقد بذل الباحثون جهودا مكثفة للكشف عن العوامل الكامنة وراء سلوك الإدمان على المخدرات، كما انتظمت عدد من النظريات والنماذج لتفسيرها. فبالإضافة للنماذج التقليدية (النموذج الأخلاقي؛ الشرعي؛ القانوني؛ الطبي؛ الصيدلاني) والنظريات الاجتماعية، فقد سعت النظريات النفسية لفهم الميكانيزمات الكامنة وراءها لأجل الوقاية من مشاكل استهلاك المخدرات وخطر الإدمان عليها وذلك انطلاقا من النموذج النفسوبيولوجي والنظريات التحليلية، المعرفية السلوكية والنظرية النفس اجتماعية... وصولا إلى النظريات النفسية عامة بما في ذلك نظرية تسيير اللذة، النظرية العامة للإدمان ونظام الفعل والنظرية التكاملية . وهو ما سنسعى للتفصيل فيه من خلال محاولة الإلمام بهذه النظريات والنماذج المفسرة لسيكولوجية الإدمان والمدمن. La consommation de drogues est considérée comme un premier pas vers l’addiction, elle commence par la première dose qui peut se poursuivre chez certains pour le mener dans un destin inconnu. Les chercheurs ont attribué le problème à l'interaction de nombreux facteurs ; outre la qualité des substances et leurs natures, la fragilité de l'individu et ses caractéristiques psychologiques avec ce qui l’entoure dans son environnement sont des raisons qui le conduisent vers l’addiction. Les chercheurs ont fourni des efforts intensifs pour détecter les facteurs sous-jacents au comportement de l’addiction, et aussi un nombre de théories et de modèles explicatifs ont tenté d'expliquer le comportement d'addiction. En plus des modèles classiques et les théories sociales, des théories psychologiques ont essayé de comprendre les mécanismes mis en jeu pour la prévention de l'addiction. On peut repérer le modèle psychobiologique; la théorie psychanalytique; cognitivo-comportemental; psychosociale;… les modèles psychologiques voire le modèle de gestion hédonique; la théorie générale des addictions et le système d’action; l’approche intégrative. Ce sont ces modèles théoriques qu’on va exposer d’une façon approfondie pour essayer de comprendre la psychologie de l'addiction et du toxicomane.
