إدمان المخدرات في إطار نظرية التعلق Drug Addiction Within The Framework Of Attachment Theory

الملخص
ملخص الحديث عن إدمان المخدرات هو الحديث عن الأسباب الكامنة والعوامل المساعدة في أن ينجرف الأفراد في تيار المخدرات واقتحام سور الممنوعات. هي عوامل ترتبط بالفرد المدمن ككائن بيولوجي له خصائصه النفسية والشخصية، ومحاط ببيئة في مجتمع يعيش فيه وسياق ثقافي يشكله، فهي عوامل معقدة تتشابك عناصرها وتتعدد مسبباتها. بذل الباحثون جهودا مكثفة لتقصي الاسباب الكامنة وراء سلوك الإدمان على المخدرات وسعت النظريات النفسية لفهم الميكانيزمات الكامنة وراءها. وقد استرعت نطرية التعلق انتباه العديد من الباحثين، إذ سعوا من خلالها فهم العلاقة بين نوعية التعلق واتجاه الفرد نحو الإدمان. وهو ما سعينا لإبرازه انطلاقا من عرض بعض الدراسات، قام أصحابها بالبحث عن هذه العلاقات بالإجابة على التساؤل التالي: هل يشجع نمط التعلق على توجه الفرد الى الإدمان على المخدرات؟ واتضح من خلال النتائج المتوصل اليها أن للعلاقات الأولية ونوعية التعلق غير الآمن دورهما في الاتجاه نحو الإدمان، وبأن نظرية التعلق تفتح سبلا جديدة وسبل واعدة لفهم سلوك الإدمان. Absract: Talking about drug addiction is talking about the underlying causes and factors that drive individuals into the drug stream and break into contraband. these factors are related to the addicted individual as a biological being having his psychological and personal characteristics, and being surrounded by an environment and a cultural context that constitute him. Researchers have made intense efforts to figure out the underlying causes of drug addiction behavior, and psychological theories have sought to understand the underlying mechanisms. The attachment theory attracted the attention of many researchers, as they sought to understand the relationship between the quality of attachment and the individual's attitude towards addiction. Which is what we sought to highlight from the presentation of some studies where the authors tried to figure out this relationship by answering the following question: Does the pattern of attachment encourage the individual's approach to drug addiction? The results showed that primary relationships and the quality of insecure attachment contribute in tending towards addiction, and that attachment theory opens new and promising ways to understand addiction behavior.
