العمارة والعمران بإقليم توات Architecture And Urbanism In The Touat Region.

الملخص
لقد كان الاسلام عاملاً مشجعا على البناء والتعمير و عمارة الكون و الاستخلاف في الأرض قال الله تعالى الآيتان 19- 20 ـ 21 من سورة الحجر. : ﴿ وَالْأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَاهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فيها رَوَاسِيَ وَأَنْبَتْنَا فيها مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مَوْزُونٍ* وَجَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ فيها مَعَايِشَ وَمَنْ لَسْتُمْ لَهُ بِرَازِقِينَ* وَإِنْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا عِنْدَنَا خَزَائِنُهُ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعْلُومٍ ﴾ ، كما تحدث بعض المؤرخين عن توات و هندستها ، وطبيعة أبنيتها ووصفوها بأنها قصور غير متباعدة و هي متلاصقة العمران تتخللها بساتين و مصادر مياهها تؤمنها فقاقير جارية يرجع تاريخها إلى حوالي القرن السابع الهجري . و تتميز عمارة قصور إقليم توات بسمات معمارية عدة نذكر من بينها على سبيل الأمثلة : أولا : تقارب القصور ، وتلاصق مبانيها المتراصة ، ثانيــــا : يحيط بالمدينة واحات النخيل أو ما يعرف محليا بالجنة . لقد كانت التجمعات السكنية في إقليم توات موزعة داخل القصر على هيئة مباني متراصة شأنها في ذلك شأن تأسيس المدن الإسلامية المبكرة ، وهي محاطة بسور خارجي ضخم ، أو بسورين أثنين في بعض الاحيان ،عرفت في المصطلح المحلي باسم القصر أو القصبة ويجمع على قصور ، ويرجع تاريخ هذه التحصينات الدفاعية في العمارة القصرية التواتية إلى القرن الاول الهجري. The residential communities in the Tuat region were distributed within the palace in the form of compact buildings, like the establishment of early Islamic cities, which are surrounded by a huge external wall, or two walls at times. These defensive fortifications were built in Tate palace architecture to the first century AH.
