الملخص
ملخص: لقد اهتم الرحالة العرب المسلمون اهتماما كبيرا بتنظيم الرحلات العلمية والاستكشافية وفاقوا غيرهم من الشعوب في ذلك الوقت، وتجدر الإشارة الى أن رغبة المسلمين في القيام بالرحلات قد واكبتها عوامل مساعدة منها اللغة والدين، فضلا عن قوافل التجار المسلمين التي كانت تجوب أنحاء العالم وقتئذ، وقائمة الرحالة المسلمين طويلة ولا يسعنا في هذا المجال ذكرها كلها، نكتفي في هذا الصدد بذكر رائد من روادها وهو ابن فضلان صاحب كتاب الرحلة المسماة برسالة ابن فضلان في وصف الرحلة الى بلاد الترك والخزر والروس والصقالبة، والذي نحاول من خلاله الوقوف على جوانب من الحياة الاقتصادية التي كان تشتهر بها بلاد البلغار من زراعة وصناعة وتجارة، فضلا عن بيان هيبة الخلافة العباسية وقوتها على الشعوب المجاورة لها لاسيما منها شعب البلغار. Adstract: Arab Muslim travelers were very interested in organizing scientific and exploratory trips and surpassed other peoples at that time. It should be noted that the desire of Muslims to make trips was accompanied by auxiliary factors, including language and religion, as well as the convoys of Muslim merchants that roamed the world at the time. Muslims are long and we can not mention in this area all, we are content in this regard to mention a pioneer of the pioneers, Ibn Fadlan, the author of the book of the journey called the message of Ibn Fadlan in describing the trip to the land of Turk, Khazar, Russians and Salqabah, through which we try to stand on aspects of life Economic, which was famous for the Bulgarians of agriculture, industry and trade, as well as a statement of the prestige of the Abbasid Caliphate and its power over neighboring peoples, especially the people of the Bulgarians.
