Abstract
Summary: This research identifies the various concepts related to banking operations, then illustrating a comprehensive and brief overview of the National Bank of Algeria (BNA) and its evolution, and then finally to acquire the various banking operations achieved by the National Bank of Algeria, whether traditional or electronic operations, it then presents its various banking, financial and non-financial performance indicators. We have deduced that The National Bank of Algeria is a public, commercial banking institution, which conducts a variety of traditional and electronic banking operations targeted customers of different categories, individuals, professionals, small and medium-sized industries, small and medium-sized enterprises, and large enterprises, And that would achieve banking performance.
