The Journal of "economics studies and researches in renewables energies (JoeRRe)" is an international peer-reviewed, free scientific journal, open-access journal that is issued every six months and published by Labory of "economics investments of renewables energies and funding strategies of isolates areas" Batna1 university- Algeria. The journal provides a platform for scientific researches and academic discourse in all economics field and specially in "economics, econometrics and finance", "economics studies in energies" and "economics studies in renewables energies", "financing strategies of local development". It attempts to strengthen scientific links between international laboratories and researches institutions. It encourages up-to-date studies, and contributes as such to the scientific development. The "JoeRRe" Journal acknowledges high quality theoretical and empirical original researches papers, case studies, review papers, literatures reviews, books reviews, conceptual framework, analytical and simulation models, the technical note from researchers, academicians, professionals, practitioners and students from all over the world. أثر ممارسات تسيير الموارد البشرية في تفعيل حوكمة الشركات دراسة حالة شركة اسمنت عين التوتة-باتنة-

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر ممارسات تسيير الموارد البشرية في تفعيل حوكمة الشركات، والتعرف على تصورات المبحوثين ومستوى وعيهم بأهمية ممارسات تسير الموارد البشرية، ومستوى وعيهم بضرورة تبني مدخل حوكمة الشركات. تشكل مجتمع الدراسة من جميع إطارات شركة اسمنت عين التوتة -باتنة، وتم اختيار عينة قصدية مثلت نسبة 30% من مجتمع الدراسة، وتم جمع البيانات والمعلومات باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة أساسية والمقابلة كأداة مكملة، استهدفت بعض إطارات الشركة محل الدراسة. أستخدم في التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات عدة أساليب من بينها: معامل الانحدار، تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لممارسات تسيير الموارد البشرية في تفعيل حوكمة شركة اسمنت عين توتة-باتنة وذلك عند مستوى دلالة α=0,05 وجاءت القدرة التفسيرية قوية وفقا لقيمة معامل التحديد (0,632=R2) . وخلصت الدراسة في ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها إلى مجموعة من المقترحات. This study aims to determine the impact of Human resources management practices in activating corporate governance, and to identify respondents' perceptions and Their awareness level of the importance of human resources management practices as well as the need to adopt a corporate governance approach. The study population was made up of all the frameworks of the Ain Al-Touta Cement Company - Batna, and However the intentional sample selected represents 30% of the study sample. Data and information were collected using the questionnaire as a basic tool and the interview as a complementary tool. In the statistical analysis of the data, several methods were used, including: regression coefficient, data analysis using the statistical program spss. The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant effect of human resource management practices in activating the governance of Ain Al-Touta Cement Company at a significance level of α = 0.05 and the explanatory ability was strong according to the value of the coefficient of determination = 0.632 = R2. In the light of these findings, the study concluded a set of proposals

دراسة تحليلية لوضعية الأمن الغذائي العربي في ظل مؤشرات الأمن الغذائي العالمي خلال الفترة 2009- 2018

الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الأمن الغذائي الذي يعد أحد أهم الآليات التي تعتمدها الدول للتقليل من حدة التبعية الغذائية وآثارها السلبية على النشاط الاقتصادي. وفي هذا الإطار تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على وضعية الأمن الغذائي في الدول العربية وفق مؤشرات الأمن الغذائي العالمي كدراسة تحليلية للفترة 2009-2018. بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والإحصائيات المتخصصة، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى تحقيق الأمن الغذائي في الدول العربية لا يزال متواضع والفجوة الغذائية لازالت في الارتفاع، مما يستدعي تكثيف جهود أكبر لتحقيق التنمية الزراعية المستدامة وتجسيد مقومات الأمن الغذائي. The Food Security is one of the most important tools that are used by many countries in the world in order to reduce food dependency and mitigate its negative effects on economic activity. This study aims to identify the food security situation in the Arab world according to the global food security indicators as an analytical study for the period 2009-2018. Depending on the descriptive and analytical approach and specialized statistics, the study found that the achievement food security level in the Arab world is still far, and food gap widens, which calls for intensifying efforts to achieve sustainable agricultural development, establish food security indicators.

الملخص: ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة أهمية التحول نحو الطاقات المتجددة كآلية لتحقيق الأمن الطاقوي وضمان تنمية مستدامة، حيث أن هدف تحقيق أمن طاقوي وتنمية مستدامة تحقق رفاهية المجتمع في الحاضر وتحافظ على حقوق الأجيال القادمة في المستقبل محل اهتمام كل دول العالم، باعتبار أن الطاقة تمثل عصب الاقتصاد ولا يمكن تصور أي تطور اقتصادي دون توفر مستوى مقبول من مصادر الطاقة، ذلك أن التزايد المستمر في الطلب على مصادر الطاقة التقليدية خاصة في الدول الصناعية وارتفاع أسعار هذه المصادر أدى إلى البحث عن مصادر جديدة للطاقة تضمن الحصول على إمدادات مناسبة وبأسعار معقولة بالنسبة للدول المستوردة، أما بالنسبة للدول المصدرة فتبحث عن زيادة الإنتاج بالبحث عن مصادر جديدة من أجل زيادة التصدير، هذا من جهة وتكون صديقة للبيئة من جهة أخرى، مما دفع بأغلب الدول إلى التوجه نحو الاهتمام بالاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة. الكلمات المفتاحية: تحول طاقوي، طاقات متجددة، أمن طاقوي، تنمية مستدامة. Abstract: this study addressing the importance of moving towards renewable energies as a mechanism for achieving energy security and ensure sustainable development, whereas the goal of achieve energy security and sustainable development achieving the welfare of population in present and seeks the rights of future generations, as energy is the nerve of the economy and no economic development can be imagined without an acceptable level of energy, because the continuous increase in demand on traditional sources energy especially in developed countries and hight the prices of this sources led to search on new sources of energy ensuring access to adequate energy supplies and reasonable prices for importing countries, as for exporting countries they seek to increase production by search a new sources to increase exports and environmentally, which led the most countries to the interest in investing in renewable energies.
