The Journal of "economics studies and researches in renewables energies (JoeRRe)" is an international peer-reviewed, free scientific journal, open-access journal that is issued every six months and published by Labory of "economics investments of renewables energies and funding strategies of isolates areas" Batna1 university- Algeria. The journal provides a platform for scientific researches and academic discourse in all economics field and specially in "economics, econometrics and finance", "economics studies in energies" and "economics studies in renewables energies", "financing strategies of local development". It attempts to strengthen scientific links between international laboratories and researches institutions. It encourages up-to-date studies, and contributes as such to the scientific development. The "JoeRRe" Journal acknowledges high quality theoretical and empirical original researches papers, case studies, review papers, literatures reviews, books reviews, conceptual framework, analytical and simulation models, the technical note from researchers, academicians, professionals, practitioners and students from all over the world. Résumé: This paper delves into the intricate landscape of financial markets, exploring the evolution from historical contexts to the contemporary era marked by technological advancements. With a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation, the study assesses its roles in data analysis, algorithmic trading, and risk management. As the financial industry faces crises such as global financial downturns, pandemics, and technological disruptions, the paper investigates the dual role of AI in exacerbating and mitigating these challenges. It critically examines the adoption challenges, including ethical considerations, regulatory frameworks, and concerns related to data security and privacy. Drawing on a rich tapestry of references, the literature review outlines the historical evolution of financial markets, emphasizing the transformative impact of technological innovations. The paper presents an extensive analysis of successful and unsuccessful AI implementations, offering insights into the cases of Ant Financial's credit scoring, Long-Term Capital Management, and the Flash Crash of 2010. Furthermore, it explores challenges in AI implementation during crises, addressing uncertainty, regulatory responses, and ethical dilemmas. The study concludes by envisioning future opportunities, emphasizing the need for enhanced predictive models, strengthened regulatory frameworks, ethical AI practices, and collaborative knowledge-sharing initiatives. Through case studies and a comprehensive exploration of crises, challenges, and opportunities, this paper contributes to the discourse on optimizing financial market efficiency amid contemporary uncertainties.
