دراسة تحليلية و مقارنة لقياس الحوكمة في بعض الجامعات الجزائرية

الملخص
جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على قياس الحوكمة في بعض الجامعات الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: إلى أي مدى تم تطبيق الحوكمة في بعض الجامعات الجزائرية؟ ومن أجل ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج المقارن من خلال الإعتماد على نتائج قياس الحوكمة حسب تقارير التقييم الذاتي لهذه الجامعات سنة 2017. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها غياب مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين، تتمتع الجامعات الجزائرية بالمساءلة الأكاديمية، ونتائج أخرى تم تفصيلها في المقال. Abstract: This study aimed to measure university governance in some Algerian universities, by answering the following question: to what extend has governance applied in some Algerian universities? In order to achieve the aim of this study we used the analytical descriptive approach and comparative approach, and relying the results of measuring governance according to self-evaluation reports of these universities in the year 2017. The study concluded that the absence of participation of external stakeholders, and there is academic accountability in the Algerian universities, and other points which will be detailed in this article. Résumé: Cette étude vise à mesurer la gouvernance des universités dans certaines universités algériennes, pour cela nous allons répondre à la question suivante: dans quelle mesure la gouvernance a-t-elle été appliquée dans certaines universités algériennes? Afin d'atteindre l'objectif de cette étude, nous avons utilisées l’approche analytique et l’approche comparative, ont été utilisées en s'appuyant sur les rapports d'auto-évaluation de ces universités en 2017.l'étude a conclu que il ya une ab sence de participation des parties prenantes externes, les universités algériennes jouissent d'une responsabilité académique et d'autres résultats, et d'autres points qui seront détaillés dans cet article.
