الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز إحدى التجارب الرائدة عالميا في تقوية وتعزيز بنيتها التحتية من خلال الاعتماد على الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، وهي تركيا، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التجربة التركية في مجال البنى التحتية، من أنجح التجارب العالمية بحيث تمكنت من إقامة مشاريع عملاقة في قطاع النقل والصحة وغيرها سواء من قبل شركات محلية تركية أو شركات أجنبية، وقد أثبتت هذه الشراكة فعاليتها، فتعتبر تركيا من الدول المتقدمة في مجال هذه الشراكة من حيث حجم الاستثمارات من جهة، وقوة وفعالية البنى التحتية المقامة من ناحية أخرى.
