ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أسباب عزوف بعض أولياء الأمور عن تسجيل الطلبة المستجدين بالصف الأول بالمدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين بمحافظة جنوب الباطنة، والتحقق من وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في أسباب العزوف وفقا لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود عزوف بدرجة قليلة لدى بعض أولياء الأمور، بينما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في أسباب العزوف وفقا لسنوات الخبرة، بينما لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في أسباب العزوف وفقا للمؤهل العلمي. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the reasons for the reluctance of some parents to enroll new students in the first grade in public schools from the point of view of teachers in the Al Batinah South Governorate, and to verify the existence of statistically significant differences in the reasons for reluctance according to the variables of educational qualification and years of experience. The results of the study revealed that there was a reluctance to a small degree among some parents, while the results of the study found that there were statistically significant differences in the reasons for reluctance according to the years of experience, while there were no statistically significant differences in the reasons for reluctance according to the educational qualification.
