Description

The journal " of Human and Society Sciences " is a quarterly international scientific journal from Algeria, which publishes under the supervision of a scientific body of national and international researchers, accumulating experience and skills. Scientific articles are only published after being validated by one of the members of the reading committee, who is periodically responsible for evaluating research and studies. The journal published is under the aegis of the University Mohamed Khider / Biskra / Algeria. It is also admitted in world databases. It specializes in academic scientific studies and research in the humanities and social sciences, and is endowed with an experienced reading committee in the matter. The journal publishes all original works, which are not already published or in the process of publication, nor extracts from a work or citation. The main purpose of the review is the publication of original scientific research developed by researchers, teachers and doctoral students with the intention of expanding the dissemination of knowledge and making new research available to all, as well as connecting researchers of all stripes. The journal accepts all scientific work written in Arabic, English and French provided that it is not already published and that it meets the required standards, quality and originality. The author is under an obligation to maintain scientific integrity in the transfer of information and citations as expressed by their authors in accordance with conventional rules.

Résumé: Le présent article s’ interroge sur le rôle et l’usage du manuel extrascolaire à l’aune des défis actuels qui le mettent en concurrence avec les moyens technologiques exploités par les élèves du secondaire, à savoir les sites Internet dédiés à l’enseignement/ apprentissage et aux ressources pédagogiques de renforcement scolaire. L’article met également en lumière les différents critères qui entrent en jeu et sur lesquels se basent ces élèves pour noter l’efficacité du manuel extrascolaire et donc de déterminer l’ampleur de son usage.

Résumé: In this research paper, I try to shed light on one of the Sufi orders that was widely spread in Algeria and even outside it (= Tunisian countries), and this is by researching how it was established, its founder, its sources, its areas of spread, and mentioning the various angles affiliated with it. The Kabylie region in Algeria, which had many angles and followers, so that it was widely known and spread in different regions of Algeria, and I try in this study to show the role played by the Rahmanians in the face of French colonialism, especially in the Kabylie region.

The extent of the level of social competencies among university students (a field study on a sample of students at the University of Jilali, Bounaama, Khemis Miliana)

الملخص: The study aims to determine the level of social competencies of university students.and to achieve the study purposes it relied on the descriptive method. and the sample was chosen randomly.as the number of the sample members (100) students and in order to collect the necessary data, The social competencies scale of his owner "Abu Ruman, 2008" has been applied to the study sample and contains 49 items and 4 dimensions. , the study sample was statistically processed using SPSS and the researcher reached the following results: Average level of social competence of university students, statistically significant differences in social competence of university students by gender and are favorable to females. ملخص: تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة مدى مستوى الكفاءات الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وتم إختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية، حيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (100) طالب وطالبة ومن أجل جمع البيانات الضرورية تم تطبيق مقياس الكفاءات الاجتماعية لصاحبه "أبو رمان، 2008" على عينة الدراسة ويحتوي 49 بند و4 ابعاد، على عينة الدراسة، وبناء على ذلك كانت المعالجة الاحصائية لبيانات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج SPSS وتوصلت الباحثة للنتائج التالية: مستوى متوسط للكفاءات الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الكفاءات الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين حسب الجنس وهو لصالح الاناث.

The level of self-control and its relationship to health adhearance among university students with celiac disease.

الملخص: اللغة الإنجليزية: The study aimed to reveal the relationship between the level of self-control and health adherance among a sample of students with celiac disease at the University of Biskra. The descriptive correlative approach was adopted; the sample consisted of (27) chosen students in an intentional way, they underwent to each of: the self-control scale, and a health-adherance scale. The psychometric properties of the two scales were confirmed. We found that there is a positive statistically significant correlation between the level of self-control and both: health adherence and the dimension of adherence to the diet. While there it has no statistically significant correlation with the dimension of commitement to medical follow-up, among university students with celiac disease. اللغة العربية: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين مستوى ضبط النفس والالتزام الصحي لدى عينة من الطلاب المصابين بمرض الاضطرابات الهضمية بجامعة بسكرة. تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الترابطي. تكونت العينة من (27) طالبا تم اختيارهم بشكل مقصود ، خضعوا لكل من: مقياس ضبط النفس ، ومقياس الالتزام بالصحة. تم تأكيد الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياسين. وجدنا أن هناك علاقة ارتباط موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى ضبط النفس وكلاهما: الالتزام الصحي وبُعد الالتزام بالنظام الغذائي. بينما لا توجد علاقة دالة إحصائياً مع بعد الالتزام بالمتابعة الطبية بين طلاب الجامعات المصابين بمرض الاضطرابات الهضمية.

Obstacles to social innovation among civil society activists -a field study on a sample of associations Managers in the city of Laghouat-

Résumé: The present research aims to ascertain the obstacles encountered by civil society activists in their pursuit of social innovation. The study follows a descriptive approach through which data analysis was conducted by administering a questionnaire to a sample comprising 40 managers of various associations. The findings of this study indicate the existence of numerous obstacles concerning social innovation within civil society associations. Consequently, it is imperative to accord paramount significance to social innovation within these associations, alongside engaging community members in the collaborative formulation of solutions to the challenges they encounter, thereby fostering the attainment of sustainable development objectives.

The Level of Psychological Stress among Teachers of Physical Education and Sports in the Middle School Phase

Résumé: The current study aims to identify the level of psychological stress among teachers of physical education and sports in the middle school phase in the City of Biskra, and to identify the level of this stress according to the variable of experience and age, as well as identifying the most important symptoms resulting from stress. In this study, we used the descriptive analytical approach, and a scale was applied Psychological pressure, and the sample of our study included 40 t of physical education and sports teachers in the City of Biskra, and after collecting the data and its statistical processing reached to that: The level of psychological stress among education teachers Physical and athletic in the middle school phase is average, and there are statistically significant differences in their stress level according to the variable of age and work experience.

Evaluation of Service Quality using the "servperf" Model in SONALGAZ Company - Tamanrasset Unit

Résumé: This study aims to analyze the extent to applicate the service quality in the public company (SONELGAZ) using “the servperf” model, which approves on actual performance approach only of the service. Through the five dimensions :Tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. To achieve this study in the field, the descriptive approach was relied upon, and using the questionnaire to measure the degree of approval of the quality service dimensions of a sample estimated at 60 individuals selected in an accidental manner. This study found the limited application of quality of service at the level of the SONALGEZ public company – Tamanrasset unit.

دور برامج المؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية في التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة الكويتية

الملخص: ركز البحث الراهن على الوقوف على دور المؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية في التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة الكويتية، وقد اعتمد هذا البحث على الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي في مقاربة الظاهرة، معتمدا على طريقة المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، استنادا إلى العينة العمدية بطريقة الصدفة، مستعينا بأداة القياس، حيث تم تطبيق مقياس ثلاثي التدريج بنظام ثراثتون. وقد بلغ حجم العينة 255 مفردة، تم اختيارها بالطريقة المتاحة. وتوصلت الباحثة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن المؤسسات الحكومية تسهم بدور قوي في تمكين المرأة اقتصاديا، حيث تقوم الوزارات الحكومية بتخصيص الميزانيات الكافية لدعم المشروعات النسائية "، وحرصها على إصدار تشريعات فعالة، وقوانين داعمة تتيح الفرصة للمرأة الكويتية للوصول الى الموارد الاقتصادية " كما تقوم تلك المؤسسات بالتعاون مع الشركات والهيئات الدولية بشأن تمكين المرأة اقتصاديا" . وبالنسبة لدور مؤسسات المجتمع المدني تضح أن جمعيات النفع العام الكويتية تسعى دائما الى الدفاع عن حقوق المرأة العاملة"، كما تدعو الجمعيات الأهلية رجال المال ورائدات الأعمال لعرض تجاربهن الناجحة. The role of government institutions and NGO programs in the economic empowerment of Kuwaiti women The current research focused on standing on the role of governmental and private institutions in the economic empowerment of Kuwaiti women. Three-phase with the Thrathton system. The sample size was 255 individuals, which were selected using the available method. The researcher reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that government institutions contribute a strong role in empowering women economically, as government ministries allocate sufficient budgets to support women's projects, and their keenness to issue effective legislation and supportive laws that allow Kuwaiti women access to economic resources. These institutions, in cooperation with international companies and bodies, on the economic empowerment of women. "As for the role of civil society institutions, it becomes clear that Kuwaiti public benefit associations always seek to defend the rights of working women," and NGOs invite businessmen and entrepreneurs to present their successful experiences. The availability of scientific publications for researchers through academic networks: a field study with professors of library science at Algiers2University, Oran 1, and Constantine2

Résumé: The study sought to highlight academic social networks in support open access to scientific publications. Through non-formal scholarly communication among researchers and academics, this contributes significantly to increase the pace of scientific production. We used a descriptive approach, to explore the views of professors regarding the availability of their publications and their evaluation by peers In this study, we found that library science professors in Algeria rely on academic social networks, especially Academia.edu in scientific communication with their peers, and they also make their scientific publications available through this academic support in order to increase the visibility of their scientific publications.

منهجة التربية المرورية في المدارس التونسية: المضامين و الطرائق التعليمية

الملخص: يتناول هذا البحث فكرة إدراج التربية المرورية ضمن المناهج التعليمية في المدراس الإبتدائية التونسية لما لها من أهمية بالغة في غرس قيم جديدة ترقى بالواقع الذي يعاني من "إرهاب الطرقات". وبالعودة إلى كل الأنشطة الصفية والأنشطة اللاصفية التي اعتمدت في مضامينها تعلمات و مناهج التربية المرورية، اتضح أن الأنشطة اللاصفية تعتمد في مضامينها نشاطات تحسيسية أكثر من الأنشطة الصفية، وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الإنخراط في الأنشطة اللاصفية إختياري بالأساس و بذلك لا يشمل فئة واسعة من المجتمع التلمذي لترسيخ الوعي المروري لدى المتعلمين. فإدراج التربية المرورية كمادة تعليمية مستقلة بذاتها يتطلب مناهج تتماشى و فئة معينة مع الأخذ بعين الإعتبار مختلف المتغيرات و خاصة العمر و المستوى التعليمي: وهو المقترح الذي تم اعتماده في هذه الدراسة بإنشاء دليل "تاسر" حيث يمكن للمعلم إعتماده كمرجع في تسيير حصصه.

The efficiency of a training program in the improvement of the attention skill for children with ASD

Résumé: This study aims at developing the attention skill with a training program. The sample includes 05 children with ASD aged between 06 and 08 years old. The study uses the experimental method that aims at studying the effect of an experimental variable (the training program) on the variable of the attention skills. The study tools include the scale of attention skills for children with ASD prepared by the author. Findings show the efficiency of the training program in developing the attention skill for children with ASD. Besides, there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements for the experimental group on behalf of the post-measurement. Moreover, there are no statistically significant differences between the pre and post-measurements on the attention scale for the experiment group.

تصورات معلمات التربية الخاصة قبل الخدمة لمستوى امتلاك الأشخاص ذوي متلازمة داون لمهارات تقرير المصير

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تصورات مستوى امتلاك الأشخاص ذوي متلازمة داون لمهارات تقرير المصير بشكل عام من وجهة نظر معلمات قبل الخدمة. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكوّنة من (132) معلمة تربية خاصة في مرحلة قبل الخدمة من جامعة مؤتة في جنوب الأردن، وتم استخدام مقياس امتلاك مهارات تقرير المصير لجمع بيانات الدراسة. أشارت النتائج إلى أن تصورات المعلمات لمستوى امتلاك الأشخاص ذوي متلازمة داون لمهارات تقرير المصير كان متوسطاً، وأنّه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستوى امتلاك هذه المهارات تعزى لمتغيّرات السنة الدراسية، الخبرة السابقة في التعامل مع ذوي متلازمة داون، ودراسة مادة الإعاقة الذهنية. This study aimed to determine the pre-service special education teachers’ perceptions of the level of self-determination skills among people with Down syndrome. To achieve the aims of this study, a random sample of (132) pre-service special education teachers from Mu'tah University in southern Jordan was selected, and the self-determination skills scale was used to collect the study data. The results indicated that the level of self-determination skills of persons with Down syndrome was moderate and that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of possession of these skills due to the school year, previous experience in dealing with people with Down syndrome, and the studying course of intellectual disability.

Résumé: The digital world continues to offer promising new developments foe library and information institution in their scientific course and applied practices, as modern data science in considered one of the most fertile fields for this world, which is witnessing great and continuous developments, and its cross-fertilization with a number of sciences and fields of application of its technologies, especially at the level of university libraries, which will inevitably affect positively affect its administrative function, technical operations, and digital services, as well as the job specialization of its professionals in terms of scientific competencies and technical skills in organizing and processing data And information ; If the latest developments in this science and the applications of artificial intelligence related to it are properly employed, according to strategic plans and alterative options that respond to avoiding the signs and overcoming the challenges that may prevent achieving the investment returns expected from this exploitation; this will be explained in the papers of this research.

مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بسكرة

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى طلبة معهد العلوم والتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية، وتحديد ما اذا كان هناك فروق في مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي بين الطلبة حسب المستوى الدراسي ، ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي على عينة متكونة من (117) طالبا وطالبة تم اختيارهم بطريقة طبقية، واستخدم مقياس الذكاء الاجتماعي للسيد أبو هاشم (2008)، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى طلبة المعهد مرتفع ،كما أظهرت أيضا وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى الطلبة حسب المستوى الدراسي ولصالح السنة الثالثة ليسانس.. The aim of the current study was to determine the level of social intelligence among students of the Institute of Sciences and Technologies of Physical and Sports Activities, and to identify whether there are differences in social intelligence levels between students of the Institute based on their academic level Additionally. for this purpose, the researchers used a descriptive methodology on a sample of 117 male and female students who were selected in a stratified way. The researchers used the Social Intelligence Scale by Mr. Abu Hashem (2008), The results showed that the level of social intelligence among students of the Institute is high. Additionally, statistically significant differences were found in the level of social intelligence among students of the Institute based on their academic level.

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة التعرف على تأثير التكنولوجيا الرقمية على التنشئة الأسرية في المجتمع الجزائري، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بإعتبارها المنهج الأنسب لهذه الدراسة، وتم الاعتماد على عينة قصدية من الأسر بمدينة بسكرة قوامها (50) أسرة، عن طريق تمرير أداة الاستبيان وخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: -توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التكنولوجيا الرقمية تئدي إلى التقليل من التفاعل الأسري داخل الأسرة الجزائرية، كما بينت الدراسة أن الاستخدام المتكرر للتكنولوجيا الرقمية يؤدي إلى إنعزال الأبناء عن محيطهم الأسري، وكشفت الدراسة أن من بين الانعكاسات التي تحدثها التكنولوجيا الرقمية هو زعزعة استقرار الأسرة وإنحلال منظمة القيم والأخلاق لدى أفرادها.

Attitudes of EFL Students Towards Using NL in the English Foreign Language Classroom

Résumé: This study aims at examining the attitudes of EFL students’ towards using NL in the foreign language classroom at the English language and literature department at Mutah university. In order to achieve the results of the study a questionnaire of 28 items was prepared and checked for validity and reliability. The participants were (239) students who responded to the questionnaire. Means, standard deviations, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe tests were applied to obtain results of the study. The results of the study showed the attitude of the participants towards using the NL in the EFL classroom ranked Medium with a mean score of (3.232) and a standard deviation of (0.77). Results also showed no significant statistical difference in students’ attitudes attributed to gender. With respect to year of study, results revealed a significant statistical difference in participants’ responses in favor of the first year. Results also showed a significant statistical difference in students’ perspectives attributed to GPA in favor of the 60-69 Level. Based on these results recommendations were made

The effectiveness of organizational communication in crisis management in public institutions

Résumé: This study investigates organizational communication's role in crisis management within public institutions. Findings from surveys among municipal employees in Biskra reveal its significant impact on enhancing coordination and efficacy during crises. Employees highly appreciate the effectiveness of organizational communication strategies in overcoming challenges posed by emergent situations. Consequently, organizational communication emerges as a fundamental element in crisis management, crucial for navigating through challenges and ensuring continuity. Effective communication strategies enable organizations to adapt and respond adeptly to unforeseen challenges, thereby enhancing resilience. Overall, the study underscores the pivotal importance of organizational communication in crisis management for achieving success amidst adversity.

الدافع للإنجاز في البيئة التعلمية الالكترونية لدى طلاب الماستر عن بعد "منصة مودل أنموذجا"

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى محاولة التعرف على مستوى الدافع للإنجاز في البيئة التعلمية الالكترونية لدى طلاب الماستر عن بعد، والكشف عن الفروق بينهم في مستوى الدافع للإنجاز حسب الجنس والتخصص، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وقد تم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية حيث بلغ حجمها 50 طالب وطالبة، طبق عليهم مقياس الدافع للإنجاز، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات المتحصل عليها عن طريق spss. توصلت الدراسة الى أن مستوى الدافع للإنجاز في البيئة التعلمية الالكترونية مرتفع لدى طلاب الماستر عن بعد. ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الدافع للإنجاز لدى طلبة الماستر عن بعد في البيئة التعلمية الالكترونية تعزى لمتغير الجنس والتخصص. This study aims to assess the level of achievement motivation in the electronic learning environment among distance master's students and to identify differences in achievement motivation based on gender and specialization. The study utilizes a descriptive approach, with a randomly selected sample of 50 male and female students. The Achievement Motivation Scale was administered to the participants, and statistical analysis of the data was conducted using SPSS. The study found that The level of achievement motivation in the electronic learning environment is high among distance master's students. Résumé: Total Quality Management (TQM) is a comprehensive approach that aims to improve all aspects of educational institutions, including values, regulations, behaviors, relationships, interactions, curricula, activities, and technology utilization. It is a collaborative effort that involves management, staff, and stakeholders with the goal of continuously enhancing educational institutions. This research explores the fundamental concepts of TQM in education, emphasizing its importance in addressing contemporary challenges in educational administration and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
