أسباب عزوف طلبة الصف الحادي عشر عن الالتحاق بمواد العلوم والرياضيات المتقدمة في مدارس محافظة جنوب الباطنة من وجهة نظر الطلبة والمعلمين

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أسباب عزوف طلبة الصف الحادي عشر (الرياضيات التطبيقية) عن الالتحاق بمواد العلوم والرياضيات المتقدمة من وجهة نظر الطلبة والمعلمين، والكشف عن الفروق الدالة إحصائيا في أسباب العزوف من وجهة نظر الطلبة وفقا لمتغيرات الجنس، ومن وجهة نظر المعلمين وفقا لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. طبقت استبانة على (232) طالبا وطالبة، و(91) معلما ومعلمة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود عزوف بدرجة قليلة عن الالتحاق بمواد العلوم والرياضيات المتقدمة في مدارس محافظة جنوب الباطنة من وجهة نظر الطلبة، ووجود عزوف بدرجة متوسطة عن الالتحاق بمواد العلوم والرياضيات المتقدمة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في أسباب العزوف من وجهة نظر الطلبة والمعلمين وفقا لمتغير الجنس، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في أسباب العزوف من وجهة نظر المعلمين وفقا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بزيادة توعية الطلبة في المراحل الدراسية السابقة للصف العاشر وأولياء أمورهم بأهمية اختيار المواد العلمية Abstract: The study aimed to identify the reasons for the reluctance of eleventh grade students (applied mathematics) to enroll in advanced science and mathematics subjects from the students’ and teachers’ point of view, and to reveal statistically significant differences in the reasons for reluctance from the students’ point of view according to gender variables, and from the teachers’ point of view according to the variables of gender, educational qualification and years of experience. A questionnaire was applied to (232) students, and (91) teachers. The results of the study revealed that there is a slight reluctance to enroll in advanced science and mathematics subjects in the schools of South Al Batinah Governorate from the point of view of students, and there is a moderate reluctance to enroll in advanced science and mathematics subjects from the teachers’ point of view, and there are no statistically significant differences in the reasons for reluctance from the point of view of Students and teachers according to the gender variable, and there were no statistically significant differences in the reasons for reluctance from the teachers’ point of view according to the educational qualification and years of experience variable. The study recommended to Increasing the awareness of students in the academic stages prior to the tenth grade and their parents of the importance of choosing scientific subjects.
