الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر التحديد الدقيق للمنهج ضرورة حتمية للتخطيط الجيد لإدارة الأزمات، أيا كانت طبيعة هذه الأزمات ونطاقها ومجال تأثيرها. وتحديد المنهج لا بد أن يرتبط بالتخطيط لإدارة وتسيير الأزمات، أي أن مناهج تشخيص الأزمات هي جزء من كل، وليست جوهرا مستقلا خارجا عن السياق العام لإدارة الأزمة. وبالتالي جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتسلط الضوء عن مختلف المناهج التي تشخص الأزمات بشكل دقيق، وكيف يتم تطبيقها في إدارة الأزمات، وهي (المناهج) تختلف في توظيفها من أزمة على أخرى. كما نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة العلمية، الكشف عن المنهج المناسب لتشخيص الأزمات، حيث توصلنا في الأخير، بأن المنهج المتكامل هو الأنسب لتشخيص الأزمات. كلمات مفتاحية: المنهج؛ الأزمة؛ التشخيص؛ إدارة؛ إدارة الأزمات. Abstract: Accurate definition of the approach is an imperative for good crisis management planning, whatever the nature, scope and impact of these crises. Determining the approach must be linked to planning for crisis management and management, meaning that crisis diagnosis approaches are part of a whole, and not an independent core outside the general context of crisis management. Thus, this research paper came to shed light on the various approaches that accurately diagnose crises, and how they are applied in crisis management, and they (curricula) differ in their use from one crisis to another. We also aim, through this scientific paper, to reveal the appropriate approach for diagnosing crises, as we finally concluded that the integrated approach is most appropriate for diagnosing crises.
